Barry thought about that for a few seconds. "Well...its obvious I wont be able to." He admitted.
The small dragon sneezed again, trembling slightly in surprise to the sudden change of tempreture. It somehow got its messy wings under control, folding them neatly on its back, whilst staggering towards the big blurry forms of the other dragons, chirping hungrily.

"I'm furry." Dorochette came with his own excuse. "If I get that stuff in my furr it'll take me for ever to get it out." He added before looking at the two scaled lady dragons.
At the sneez Dorochette looked at the dragon infant again before looking at Barry. "Errr...what exacly would baby dragons eat? Meat?" He suggested as he hadn't missed the hungry chirping.

Barry's ears would have perked up if they had been able to. Though of course they resembled horns more than ears. "Meat? Possibly. I could easily get that sorted." He said with a leer. "Though of course there is the possibility that it eats insects or fish...buh, I dunno."
The small hatchling stopped as the figures moved, breathing quickly in small wheezes. It took a deep breath and chirped indignantly, knowing that it wanted SOMETHING, it just couldn't pin point exactly what.

Alex looked at slicer. Oh he had forgotten about that little tid bit. looking around alex saw an island of rock and trees that wasnt twenty feet from him. poiting to it he raised a claw inches out of the water. "you may land there and watch unseen."

Slicer nodded, slowly changing direction. He landed with some difficulty on the small isle, painfully obvious to the fact that he hadn't been able to fold his wings properly, so they were sticking out at odd angles. He knew he probably would have great difficulties in taking off again, seeing as this time he didn't have a running start.

as alex observed he got the distinct impression that the homonculi where ruling over the others. this would not go well. alex didnt really know what to do and even if he should do anything at all. maybe they were brought here to start anew. who knew. all he knew was that he was really outnumbered and had pretty much no backup, and he wasnt about to bring slicer into this. alex turned his head towards the island where slicer was. "hop on, ill carry you to safty. we can make a plan later." alex turned his back to slicer and brought his back out of the water. waiting for slicer to jump on.

Krystal followed after Bido reluctantly, not particularly wanting her presence known. She wanted to see how the humans interacted among themselves to get a more ideal picture of how they worked together, but that it was more because she was shy and rather intimidated by the large metal dragon. As much as she’d rather not admit it, going down to talk to the human dragons firsthand would be the best approach. ”Errr. . .I’d really rather not keep it, but I could find it a parent if none of you want it. Where did you find it?” said Krystal as she came back with Bido into the view of the other dragons.
Drake was more open to talk upon Lust actually not acting hostile. ”Now that’s more like it. I assume you’ve come to apologize for your previous actions?”. Drake was open to listening to the humans seeing he still apparantely had to wait a while before performing his transmutation, but he definitely wasn’t talking with the right ones if he wanted to see an ideal example of humans.
Envy transformed into his human form in mid-air and yelled out ”Mind landing so I can get in on the little chat?” as he hastily turned back to his eagle form, flying back into the air before crashing onto the ground. He made quite the fool of himself and he wasn’t eager to do it, but he had to get in on this conversation.
Drake raised an eyebrow at Envy’s transformation. . .He turned into a human. How had a human managed to get into his realm?!? Had he come in from the tunnel around the world? Perhaps this thing wasn’t even human, considering his abilities. That possibility was starting to look quite likely. ”Very well.” he said plainly as he landed on the ground. Envy swooped down in front of Drake and turned into his dragon form, and Gluttony caught up to Drake, stopping next to Envy. Drake waited for Lust to arrive before starting the conversation.

Slicer shifted uncomfortably. Well...at least that means I wont have any problems taking off. It was still a thought completely foreign to him however, having to travel on someones back. If the dragon in question hadn't been so colossal he would have doubted it to be possible. As he awkwardly clambered onto the major, he managed to get on without too much scrabbling and clawing. The golden scales were still wet from the brief half-submersion, and Slicer found that with his metal claws it would be hard to cling on even if he did decide to use them. He somehow managed to get into a position where he wouldn't inflict any outright pain on the major, gripping with his knees and front legs. Even then he was still slipping, but he hoped it would do until they reached land. ---
Barry turned around to look warily at the new approaching dragon the small green one apparently had brought. His eyes narrowed slightly in suspicion. Even though she seemed slightly timid, there was a certain confidence in her moves that made him suspect that either that was one adaptable Amestrian, or they might just be looking at a real dragon. He bristled indignantly at her proposal. "I'm sure we can handle it just fine." He said in mock cheeriness. "These ladies here have agreed to assist us on the matter." He thought that now that the egg had hatched, the rest would be easy. How very wrong he was.
The chick wheezed indignantly again, shuffling over to the strange furry dragon and bumping into it, before staggering to the side and flopping into sitting position with a confused squeak. It knew that something was missing somehow, and that instinctively it knew that bigger beings were somehow supposed to supply it with whatever it was yearning for. Though it still didn't know exactly what.

Bido had grinned with relief and gratefulness at Krystal before he had quickly flown down again. It seemed that Krystal was rather shy though he couldn’t picture why, after all she was a real dragon and there was probably a lot they could learn of her. As Bido landed beside Krystal he shifted a little as the glaring as he didn’t quite like the intimidating armour dragon.
“Barry found the egg in an underground cave.” Dorochette said being more helpful than Barry. He trusted Bido so if Bido trusted this new dragon than he saw no reason for not doing so as well. Barry was actually rather amusing being so protective of the newly hatched dragon. Dorochette however quickly got distracted from his though as the dragon chick bumped into him and squeaked while falling to a sitting position and helplessly looking at the bigger dragons. “Barry wants’ to keep it.” Dorochette said as he looked at Krystal. “But some tips would be welcome.” He added. "What should it eat? Fish? Meat?"He asked the new female dragon. "You are a natural dragon aren't you? You smell differently from us." At least the former dog chimera still had his supirior sense of smell, as a matter of fact turning into a dragon had even more improofed it.
Meanwhile Bido got closer to the baby dragon again as he slightly swayed his tail (he still had complete control over his tail). He curiously eyed the baby dragon who had managed to fold his wings and was sitting and squealing on the ground.
Lust mocked the thought of an apology in her mind but she didn’t say anything. As Envy did his little air drop she rolled her eyes at the weird scene it formed before she followed after the two other dragons as she landed beside Gluttony.

((Bah. I should’ve just continued my other post on the Drake/Envy/Gluttony part, but I was too lazy to RP a big scene with myself at that hour.))
Envy snarled in a canine like fashion, which was far from pleasant what with his disgusting body. ”We’ve got some questions for you. . .Why-” but before Envy could say much of anything, Drake casually interrupted him. ”Ironic. I’ve got plenty for you as well. Just what –are- you creatures? At first I just thought you were abominable humans, but after that little display. . .I’m not entirely convinced anymore. You’re something even worse.”. Envy smirked slightly. ”You’re absolutely right. We’re not humans. . .Disgusting filth. We’re something more. . .We’re homunculi. Perfect humans with immortality and plenty more.”. Drake scratched his beard in thought briefly at this proposal. . .Perfect humans, eh? Then the other humans of the valley should be even nastier then these creatures. . .
Envy didn’t give Drake much time to think as he hastily took the chance to ask his own question. ”So then. . .You were the one who brought us here, right? How? Why?”. Drake came out of his thoughts annoyed. ”If I recall, I already told that female. I brought you humans or whatever you call yourselves here to see if you were all as evil as I really thought. . .I was going to give you a trial run here among my people to see how you fared before wiping out your kind.”. Envy was quite bored throughout this, but his attention was raised as Drake brought up the wiping out of the human race part. ”And just how do you intend to do that, hmm?”. Drake rolled his eyes. ”Alchemy is far from beyond dragons, you know. I’ve had my men dig a gigantic tunnel around the world that I will use to transmute all the humans. The only remaining life will be here inside my valley. So far, I’ve yet to find a human who’s changed my mind, and if you’re the best humanity has to offer, then I severely doubt I’ll change my mind.”. Envy pondered what to ask Drake next carefully. . .Just how powerful was he? Could he do anything besides alchemy? How powerful was his alchemy. He was pretty damn old, but if he had the power to bring them all here and destroy the human race. . .It was quite the complicated matter. Perhaps Lust had some ideas?
***
Krystal recoiled slightly at Barry. ”Bido here just said you could use my help, so I don’t know. . .” she sighed slightly, but felt less awkward when Dorochette spoke up. She went to inspect the actual baby a moment first, then quickly recognized its species. ”It’s a Crawdlont. I didn’t think there were any more of this breed. . .They apparently died out a while back. Good thing you found this little one or he’d of been lost. Their favorite is fish, but they can still eat meat too. Once it grows up it'll grow some extra front legs with some big pinchers on the end for catching fish. It'll some real tough scales, too. . .Surprised they died out in the first place. I think the reason it happened was because the lake where they lived got too polluted before. . .”

(((barry, um alex isnt a golden dragon. he is a huge black acid dragon, FYI)))
alex moved around behind the island and swan up onto a second in the chain of islands that had been hidden behind the smaller one. this one was rather big and slicer would have plenty of room to run and take off. even if he couldn't take off there was a chain of rock he could hop across to get to the main land. alex laid down in some rocks to camouflage himself and asked slicer, "okay i need to know everything you know about these dragons. whats with the egg and whos in charge and how did they get to be in charge. are those other dragons captives, opressed by the homonculi, or willingly serving them? I need answers before i attack."

Barry was slightly taken aback by this. "You don't say? Wow, would never have guessed that." He shifted his gaze to the small hatchling, who was still burbling indignantly, wondering how it would look once it got pincers.
The small chick snapped its head up surprisingly quickly for an infant, switching a steely gaze on the big green THING that had approached it, its narrow head drawing back slightly. It cocked its head ever so slowly, narrowing its eyes like a hawk, its tail twitching excitedly.
---
Slicer groaned in relief as he clambered onto the other island, happy to be off the majors back. It was a far to awkward place to be. He tried to register all those questions but he found himself stuck half-way as he realized that they had moved away from the humunculi, and towards some other dragons. He switched his gaze to them, and twitched violently in shock as he recognized one of them. "OHO NOOOOO WAY. NO. JUST NO. Quick, run hide!" He grunted in the effort it took him to restrain his brother from plunging into the murky depths of the lake, just to avoid being seen by the all-too familiar face of 66. He sighed, drooping slightly, as he turned to the major. "I know near to nothing about the rest of them...but that skull headed fella there is my companion. 66." He said weakly, jabbing his tail in Barry's direction.

“Pincers?” Dorochette frowned as he was equally looking at the hatcling. It was rather hard to imagine the cute little blue baby dragon with crab arms added. “Well sounds like someone will have to go fishing.” The chimera dragon added. He wouldn’t mind being the one to do so to be honest. As he needed food as well he would have to learn how to hunt like a dragon sooner or later. As human he had been able to swim so he had great hopes for it as a dragon, and if not maybe the doggy swim was an option. Beside his sword like tail should be suited to use as spear and hunt fish.
Bido arched his head as he sat back a bit and looked at the little dragon. “Why does is it afraid and angry at me?” The chimera asked a little disappointed. “It doesn’t mind Doro or Barry.” “Maybe it’s because we both held it a few times when it was an egg.” The canine dragon suggested.

Barry shrugged. "I could get the meat sorted. Fish ain't exactly what I'm able to get." He needed the exercise anyway. Though of course really he didn't.
The small hatchling chirped again, still blinking groggily whilst watching the green blur closely. As it moved away the small dragon instinctively moved forward, crying out in surprise. It tottered over, flopping onto a scaly paw, being to tired to walk any further and was happily consented to lying where it was.

"I could get fish easely." Dorochette suggested. "Need to get this body into hunting mode anyway if I wanna survive."
Bido curiously looked at the little hatchling, once more carefully trying to approach the baby dragon.

The baby gurgled curiously and lifted its head from the paw it had been resting on, finding itself snout to snout with the strange green creature.

Now it was Bido's turn to pull back a little. Earlier the little baby dragon had been hissing and baring his teeth at him and the last thing he wanted was to get the hatchling to be upset again and bite. The chimera dragon his tail was swaying slightly, from the one side to the other over and over again as he still looked somewhat curiously at the baby, wondering when it would learn to talk.

The small cretin yawned, displaying a mouth that was a light hue of blue, with a slightly darker tongue. It was tired, and it still had yolk in its small belly to last it for some time before it got properly hungry and needed its first real meal. But it was way to exciting with all the new things to see to be sleeping now. It cocked its head again, following the movement of the tail with rapt attention.
Barry chuckled slightly, watching it. "Did ya see that? Its got a blue mouth. BLUE I tell ya. That makes me happy in ways I can't comprehend. Cute." He was still slightly concerned about the food factor though. "Yeah...Well, I won't be needing food all to soon, but I've been killing for so long I reckin I could help ya? If you need help hunting that is..."
((Wheres Roze and Riza? They're gonna skin us alive for letting it hatch without them o.o))

Bido looked at the little dragon, nearly just as curious as the hatchling. "You'd look odd with pincers." He commented as he let his tail sway on by the habit of doing so when being a chimera.
"Why does blue makes you happy?" Dorochette asked a little amused at Barry his excitement over the little hatcling. Afterwards the chimera reconsidered the offer the amrour dragon made him. "I'm not used to this body yet so who know." He said eventually. "And maybe we should try that out soon enough to get that little guy some food." He added.
(I have no clue. o.o But I hope they get back soon and that nothing bad happened to Riza.)

The small hatchling burbled in low excitement as its eyes still followed the tail, its own flicking like a hunting cats.
Barry shrugged. "I dunno. Its just pleasing for the eye." He was pleased to hear the canine's reaction to his offer. "Great. I need to figure out what else I can do with this chunk of scrap now that I've got a tail and wings attached to it."
