After miles of desert, and hours of petty bickering amongst the group, they arrived in Dublith at last. Road weary, irritable and some sunburned in the group, the jeeps brakes squealed. Zolf woke from one of his extending naps. He'd pretty much hogged the one good place to sleep the whole time.
Some nights they had travelled, deciding to sleep during the day. Roze had sat, shivering but stoic about it. He'd handed her a sleeping bag to wrap herself in on those nights, thinking briefly how he'd prefer to 'share warmth'. The mere suggestion would probably have earned him a sharp smack across the face for his troubles, so he kept his thoughts to himself, settling instead for burrowing deep in a sleeping bag on cold nights thinking about her.
"Are we there yet?" he grumbled from inside the sleeping bag.

Envy had actually tried to get into conversations with the others along the way and not deteriorate that much to petty insults, trying to keep his mind off how impossible what he intended to undertake with the group really was. That said, he was far from a good topic starter, seeing nobody shared interests with him (Though he hardly had much chance to develop any), and mainly just chimed in most of the time with a generic comment or two.
While he was being rather nice (For him, anyway), that was mainly because there was hardly anything negative directed at him. His anger still boiled over pretty quickly, much less with all the stones he’d eaten, and he’d gotten pretty fed up of everybody asking when they’d arrive at their destination. ”For the last goddamn time, no.”. Envy turned back to Kimblee, glaring slightly. . .But then upon turning back he realized they actually were finally making it into town. ”. . .Forget I said anything. We’re here, eheh. . .”.
Not wasting any time considering how everybody wanted to know if “they were there yet”, he went for the Devil’s Nest. He was rather alarmed that it was so run down. . .Even more-so then usual. It looked as if there’d been an attack of some sort. . .If Dante already had gotten to Greed, he’d be pretty well screwed. He went to go and take a look inside, then remembered the existence of the rest of his group. ”Yeah, this is the place. We’re just gonna go talk some business, pick up a few things, then we’re back on the road. Take a piss, have a beer, do whatever. Just don’t get too comfortable, we’re not staying long.” This was assuming that Greed was actually still there, of course. . .He didn’t want to even consider the possibility of him having been taken. He wasn’t going to acknowledge the possibility of already having been defeated.
Upon going inside, he was rather relieved to find that the chimeras were still there. That meant Greed (And probably Gluttony) was far more likely then not still present. He went around the place to look for his fellow homunculus a while, though he got stopped by some chimeras who wanted to know his connection to Greed. Upon telling them who he was, they were far from pleased – considering if he were there during the attack on the nest they could’ve just handed him over to save several of their comrades’ lives. Of course, Envy didn’t know that and the chimeras didn’t tell him. If Envy knew that Dante wanted him specifically, he’d be pretty well scared shitless, even if it didn’t actually change much.
Eventually he finally found Greed in more private quarters in the Nest. ”. . .Hey. It’s me again. You’ve probably found out by now that I’m actually legit and not just trying to fool you, but if that’s still not enough to earn your trust, I’ve decided to offer you another gift.”. With that, Envy took out Greed’s skull, which he’d acquired from Archer back in Lior. While Envy’s original intention was to just force him along using the skull to threaten him, he’d given Bido’s advice some more thought. Even if Greed still didn’t trust him (Which he quite honestly didn’t expect him to, he was rather pessimistic), he could just force him anyway. ”. . .So. . .Yeah. I’ve gathered a lot of power and allies and such. While I know you and Kimblee aren’t exactly on great terms, desperate times call for desperate measures, no? That little bugger Wrath’s also with me. . .And small detail. I turned Lior into a Philosopher’s Stone. Yes, I’m a sick mother fucker. I’ve done worse, at least this was for a good cause, no?”. Envy had a awkward pause before going on. ”Yeah. With your help, I think I’m ready to go after Dante. Whadda say?”.

Even before the car had fully stopped in front of the Nest Bido had jumped out to hurry inside. Greed had told him about the attack but seeing the mess and broken windows and blood only worried the gecko chimera about just how serieus the attack had been. Once inside the smaller chimera immidiately demanded to know all the details and loses they had made as he had managed to get a hold of Vulch/Ulchi ,who was going on about how he thought he smelled fresh women, and urged his fellow reptile chimera to tell him everything that had happened.

Roze shook her head as Kimblee asked for the umpteenth time if they were there yet, but then Envy said that they were, to which she raised her head. She knew better than to ask "Really?" to him, as he seemed close to snapping not too much earlier. She looked back to Kimblee to see what he'd do, then back to Envy, only to find that the guy had disappeared. She sighed, wondering what was going on. She knew the general plan, of course, but the specifics were left out. "Hey, Kimblee... mind showing me around here? I've never been outside of Liore before, so..." she shrugged helplessly. She had heard not to get too comfortable, so she added, somewhat meekly, "Besides... it looks like I'm not going to get any time to come back, am I?"

He sat up folding his hands in his lap and looked up at her, "I got a better idea, darlin," he said, "Why don't we just hit the road?" I got my own agenda after all. I don't feel like waiting around for this business. Envy can hold his own..what with all the stones he ate." "I'm thinkin Barry will come along, and if I'm right, Havoc and Hawkeye will too. Right guys?" he asked, casting a quick glance their way. Riza sat upright in her seat, "That's the plan, sir." It would please him if Bido came as well, but the chimera was loyal to Greed. But in the meantime, Barry was sans a human body and he wanted to remedy that soon. "Let's give them a bit of time to do business. I'll take you and get us something fresh and cold to drink, how about it?" If they can't wait a spell and take off? Well...all the better for me. You comin' Barry? [Sorry my Riza is so awkward. I don't play good guys so well. I never know what to have them say. I'll work with her. ]

"Bido?" Greed called to the gecko-man, standing up and walking towards his subordinate. "Didn't expect you back so soon".

Bido blinked as his boss suddenly came to him and compleetly ignored Envy instead. "Well I did as you told me to mister Greed. And as you might just have heard there isn't much left of Lior to stay around at." He added.

The Homunculus nodded in understanding. He hadn't really heard the comment about Lior, but he doubted Bido was lying. "Dorochet, Martel, and Loa aren't here right now" he said, knowing the small chimera would likely ask where the other three chimeras were.
He then turned his head slightly to see Envy holding his skull. "How the hell did you get that?" he asked, his chest feeling somewhat tight. He could feel the stabbing pain moments before, but had been somewhat able to ignore it until this moment. At the same time, he had tried to ignore everything Envy was saying. The only part he had really bothered to listen to was the statement about Lior. Yes, the eldest Homunculus really was a sick bastard.

((If you want me to not make ridiculously long posts so you can actually respond to them piece by piece, you could say so rather then leaving that for me to figure out, because you’re really alienating me here. You don’t have to wait for me to do everything in my post before responding. You can respond to it piece by piece as it happens. I was rather taken aback from it myself when I saw Kimblee and Barry doing it, but I had to adapt if I wanted to actually get anything worthwhile in. Anyway, I’m done ranting.))
Envy persisted in trying to get Greed’s attention, but he obviously didn’t give a flying fuck about him. It was the same old Greed. . .It didn’t seem there was much way to redeem himself in his eyes. Despite Envy trying to offer out his hand in generosity, he still had as short a fuse as ever. He wouldn’t stand for this.
”It doesn’t matter how I got this, because I can just smash it if you don’t come along with me. You understand? I’ve tried to be nice with you too many damn times. You’re stuck in this shithole with me now, whether the hell you want to be or not. This is in your best interests anyway. We both want, no, -NEED- Dante dead. Don’t make this harder then it has to be.”

Greed sneered slightly at Envy's threat. The other sin truly was a bastard. "And how do I know you aren't just going to use the damn thing to turn me into your lackey?" In spite of his current pain, he gave an almost sarcastic smirk. "Sorry, but I don't want to go back to serving someone else."

(( Sorry everyone my electricty went out last night,so I am back today,and am going to try to catch up with both my characters in one post.Hope it is ok))
Siran had slept off and on during the trip to see Greed,her childhood dream had happened she had met some of the homunculi. She hoped out of the jeep as it stopped,she needed to stretch her legs. As she decided to check out Devil's nest,she shrugged at the apperance,it looked as if a bomb had went off.
Her red eyes looked around,as she went and used the restroom,and traveled back to where the group was. She was always grumpy when she first woke up and this was one of those times. " I hope we all live the shitstorm we are about to stir up." she said outloud,"afterall it would suck if I was not able to learn my true potential.
She waited in the front of the bar for Envy,as Wrath was. She looked around,"Where the hell did Wrath go?"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Wrath had on and off asked Envy 'Are We There Yet?' he knew it was angering him. When they finally found there destination,Wrath,had took off exploring Devil's Nest. He hid watching Envy and Greed talking. He thought of more inventive ways to destroy Greed's skull. He invisioned creating a spike using the wall causing it to go though Greed and then his skull. He shook his tiny head,and then he remembered something,Sloth posed as Pride's secretary.
He did not want to have to kill the only person he considered a mother,even though he did the shild thing as an act,he loved her. The mixed memories had him confused again,he hated having flashes of Ed's memories,or what he believed to be the oldest Elrich's memories.
Bido nervousely shifted as the two homonculus started argueing and getting nasty at eachother. Envy and greed were two sins that seemed to be too much alike for the two to get along. They both wanted to be bossy and free and that seemed to cause some unneeded arguement.
"Errrr...mister Greed I don't mean to be rude but Envy was offering you the skull, so how would he possibly make you a lacky if he handed it back to you." The gecko chimera pointed out. The last thing the Nest needed was two fighting homonculus. None of the chimera's wanted to get caught up in such a fight. Bido didn't really liked being the voide of reason too much but if they wanted that the Nest would still be standing by the end of the homonculi their conversation, than someone had to be. Both sins were acting impossible; Greed wasn't listening or paying attention and Envy was loosing his patience too quickly.
Roze looked to Kimblee and smiled. "I guess that works, too, right?" she giggled slightly. She turned to Barry, and offered her hand to the armour, apparently oblivious, or at least ignoring, the fact that there was bits of dried blood on him. "Barry-san... I guess it's time to go now..." If he didn't wake, she'd shake him gently and offer her hand again, and whether or not he took her hand to help him out, she'd go back to Kimblee, where she noticed Riza was. She looked around for the other officer, Havoc, and sighed. This was getting to be quite... interesting. Quite a bit different from her old life in Liore... that was for sure.
((Ah man..I actually had trouble finding this thread xD My eyes just seemed to skip Devil's Nest for now apparent reason >.<))
Jean's eyes opened as the vehicle stopped, not that he'd been sleeping. But sitting in a van with, let's say, not the most legal bunch, there wasn't much else to do but smoke and keep to himself, seeing as he was probably risking a military court summon for not having shot someone when the whole 'Let's kill the Fuhrer' conversation had struck up.
He still wasn't quite sure how he'd handle that when the time came, so he'd been hoping to get a chance to talk with Hawkeye about it, as the woman had quite the common and logical sense to do the right thing. But again, their current companions had made such a conversation rather impossible, unless they wanted to draw more suspicion and distrust towards them by whispering among themselves, than they already had against them. Because hell, what serious big-time crook would really trust a seemingly law-abiding military officer?
As the group seemed to be splitting, the second Lieutenant found himself being piled into a crowd consisting of all involved military personnel and a few, apparently biased, extra's. "This mean we're going corpse hunting?" He ventured, remembering a certain digging trip he and the other dogs from Mustang's group had partook in. He wasn't particularly glad to be reuniting Barry's soul and body. The man was still a killer after all, he mused lighting up a cig and holding the pack out to Kimblee. But it was still better than having an actual hand in plotting murder.
As the two homonculus got high in plotting murder and demise the little gecko chimera had decided to leave them to their buisness (it wasn't as if they payed much attention to him anyway, and all that frankly when it came to such a subject he didn't mind either). Instead Bido walked back upstairs to the street. He hadn't seen nor Zolf nor Barry or any of the soldiers really following inside and he wondered if maybe they had left already. He still wanted to say goodbye to his friend in the group and wish Barry the best on the entire geting his body back thing. As Bido came back up the street he noticed the car was still there so they hadn't let yet apearently, which only made him wonder how far that the group would really ontinue in the plan of killing the Fuhrer. Not that Bido would mind that man, homonculus or whatever he was dead but it sure were risky thoughts. Which once more made Bido wonder why people always needed to make it so hard on themself. But just wondering about it wouldn't help anything so instead he went looking around for either Zolf or Barry.
