Ed entered the headquarters with question. He had no idea why he was called back in. He could only imagine what awaited him, pictures of Elisia being thrown in his face, short jokes from Mustang, or womanizing lessons from Havoc. Sometimes he doubted any of these people's abilities to actually be soldiers. He chuckled to himself as he thought of the normal antics around the base. Well, I should be happy that things are quiet right now. He thought to himself.

Havoc was here. Indeed the man was doing some menial chore for his CO, which usually meant that mustang just didn't want him nearby. However, while the Lt. was picking up some reports, he happened to notice Edward make his entrance. He smirked and lifted his hand in greeting to the boy. "Yo, Ed. How's it going? Did the Colonel drag you in from the field?" he asked conversationally while he made sense of the mess of papers he had been given.

Ed turned to Havoc. He nodded, "Yeah, not sure why though. Any idea?" He asked hoping his friend would have some sort answer. Ed looked at the papers in Havoc's hands, "the colonel can wait...want some help?" He asked with slight irritation as he said the word "colonel" it wasn't a huge mystery that he and Mustang didn't really get along and Ed wasn't afraid to keep it a known fact.

Havoc held up his hand and struck a heroic pose. "No need, Ed. I've got this well in hand." he said with a sidelong smirk and a wink. Before the entire stack slipped from his hand and scattered on the floor. He immediately went about scooping them up. "Anyways, I haven o idea what the colonel wants. You know him. I could be nothing at all. He likes watching peons jump through hoops." he said.

Footsteps could be heard in the corridor as Riza walked. She held a folder in her hands and was wearing her usual Military Uniform. A gun was strapped to her underside and another could be slightly seen under her coat. She walked up to Ed and Havoc stopping for a moment as she smiled for a second, "Morning Ed." She looked down at Havoc for a second and smirked slightly, "Havoc, maybe I should talk to the Colonel about you assisting Ed on whatever he has planned." She stepped over the papers on the floor as she turned to walk down the hall.

Havoc was just about finished grabbing up all of the documents when he saw Hawkeye enter the scene. And of course, the only thing she said to him forced an immediate @.@ sort of expression. "What? Why? Hey now, you know I'm too important around here to go gallavanting around with a State Alchemist!" he shouted after her. "Besides, the Colonel might miss me!"

Kain had walked out of a nearby office pocketing a screwdriver, when he heard Jean yelling. "I doubt him missing you would be enough reason to keep you here though." He added helpfully with a soft smile "After all, where there's work to be done, we go."
Being the nice kind of guy, the master sergeant bent down and helped his superior collect his fallen papers, giving Ed a big grin "Hey Ed! Long time no see. You come in for your new orders?" The bespectacled man at least hoped that was what the boy was here for. He wouldn't put it past his colonel to have the kid in here for his own entertainment.
As he stood back up, handing Havoc the documents, he looked to the alchemist, jabbing a thumb towards the hallway "Wanna walk together? I might actually be able to get my paperwork done now."

Siran walked through the central headquater halls,a pissed expression on her face. First of all,she had altered her uniform and the they told her it was too short. So they were going to order her another one and dock it from her pay.
She wore her black corset with the red skull and crossbones, and red leather pants, and combat boots. She swung the watch around like an ornament on her finger. She saw Havok,Kain,Hawkeye, and Edward. But since this was her first time in central she did not know thier faces well. She was switched to Central for sopme odd reason and had to report to whoever was in charge.
She tapped Kain on the shoulder,"Can you help me,they just transferred me here, could you show me or tell me who in the hell i am supposed to report too?" her tone was nice, but her aggitation was seeping through just a little.
She stopped twirling the watch around and stuck it in her pocket, she let her red eyes lock on to his,as she said,"They call me Crimson Princess,by the way, what's your name?"

Kain nearly jumped as somebody tapped his shoulder, rather glad he;d already given Havoc his appears back or they'd be picking them all up again. "A-ah. Hi." He gave the woman a sheepish grin, embarrassed for his reaction "Just transferred? Who signed the papers, seeing as I'm guessing that'll be your new superior officer." He answered her quickly and precisely, not wanting to upset her more than she already seemed to be.
The silver glint of a pocket watch caught his eye, just before she pocketed it, his eyes widening ever so. "You're an alchemist? Wow, we seem to be getting a lot more in Central these days." He let out a good natured chuckle, as he saluted "Master Sergeant Kain Fuery, ma'am." Then stuck his hand out in a less formal greeting "Welcome to Central. It's a pleasure to meet you and I hope you enjoy your time here."

Siran looked at him and then said," Well, that is the unique thing,I was send here to fill out my official paperwork, because Archer had drafted me in quick,if they gave me any papers, which i do not remember they took my uniform because they did not improve of my changes, and were going to have a new one made for me."
She then rolled her neck popping the joints in them,as she then said, "Yeah, real name is Siran Shadowslayer, I am actually a native of central was born and raised here. She took his hand shaking it,and then she added,"Am I at least headed in the right direction."
She said heading in the direction they had been headed.

Kain nodded, a small frown on his face "That is odd. I don't see why they'd rush a transfer so much that the proper paperwork can't be done." He gave her a quick look over, already getting some idea on how her uniform had looked in the first place. He wondered if the person that had ordered her to get a new uniform had seen how she was now dressed. At least in her uniform, people could say that she was part of the military.
"Well, I don't really see why they'd complain about adjusting your own uniform. I mean, I was under the impression that State Alchemists could wear what they wanted." He motioned to Ed behind them with a thumb "Ed's been wearing that ever since he joined and no one complained. There's nothing military issued about him, besides the pocketwatch."
Kain had once dreamt of what it would be like if he'd been an alchemist. He'd still be fixing clocks and whatnot, but because he wanted to, not because of orders. His alchemy would be flashy, lots of lightning and the most amazing technological things would be made. He had it all though out in the dream, except the uniform. He'd been wearing the standard military gear, which had him slightly disappointed, once he'd woken up. Sure, quite a lot of State Alchemists wore the uniform, but after meeting Ed, he thought he'd atleast have imagination enough to come up with a really cool outift
The master sergeant let out a sigh, as they walked down the hall, almost having missed Siran's question in all his thoughts. "Ah, yeah. We're heading to Colonel Mustang's office. He's an Alchemist too, so he should probably know what to do." He gave her a bright smile, glad that he was being of some help to the lady.

Siran shrugged her shoulders at his comment and then said,"they rushed because they believe me to be ishvallan but I am merely half,my father was an alchemist, they were both murdered when i was 10."
" I do not like long skirts,I like things that show off my body,I was given iot so why not show it off,I mean my normal outfit would have caused the floor to be red with all the nosebleeds that would be going on," she looked at Ed and said," Nice outfit,Fullmetal right."
" I guess I will stay with your little group,it should be fun,I can get to know some of my new colleagues. Wants to see my array." she said showing Kain the array carved into her arm,"my dad came up with it,it was just in the first stages so I never fully learned what he was trying to do with it,so when I came out of my hiding place, pieces of my parents all over the place,I took a carved piece of glass, and carved it into my wrist, then when i was older I got the ourburos tattoo on my other wrist after reading about Homunculi from some book my father had. After my father died,i self taught myself alchemy trail and error and now here I am."
She looked at Kain," Sorry,I talk alot when I am nervous and meeting new people makes me nervous."

Kain nodded with a small frown. It was wrong to rush things for such reasons, mistakes could get made and people could lose out on any benefits they may have been able to make. Still, while it's wrong to overlook mistakes because of accomplishments, it's the smae vice versa.
The State was doing it's best to prevent another war, he hoped anyway, and it looked after it's citizens quite well. He couldn't help but defend the blue powerhouse "The military doesn't run as smoothly as people would like, but it tries and does rather well." He trailed off with a small smile, knowing that didn't turn out quite as well as he'd liked. It was hard to turn some thoughts into words.
The Master Sergeant decided not to comment on that she was most probably right, a few colleagues of his coming to mind. He couldn't help but wince a little at the sight of the array "T-that must have hurt." At the mention of the Homunculi, his lips pressed themselves into a fine line. The man wasn't sure as to how up to date the military was on the Homunculi, but it was obvious that some Alchemists would have heard of them. But for one to get a tattoo of their mark, even while knowing what they are?
It was starting to click, why the woman was suddenly pulled out of whichever post she'd been stationed at. He was starting to suspect that Mustang had something to do with it. And if he didn't, he will now. Kain thought as they continued down the hall. "Oh, don't worry. Everyone has the right to be nervous, especially in a new place with new people." He gave her his best reassuring grin, just coming short of actually giving her a thumbs up. He wouldn't live it down if Havoc caught him doing that. "Besides, I don't mind people talking to me. I reckon talk is a great way of getting to know each other." Thinking about it now, that sounded kind of cheesy.

Ed smiled at Riza, "Morning!" His smile turned to dread as soon as he heard anything about the Colonel. "Ugh, I am on my way to see him anyway..." He said with hesitation. He then turned back to Havoc, "I better see what's going on..." He said with a wave.

Riza smirked a bit as she walked down the hall entering a room. She placed her folder down on the desk as she bowed her head slightly, "Morning." She walked past the secretary into the office sitting down, "now just to wait for Colonel."

She looked at Kainas she continued to walk,"Yes it is,so what can you tell me about any other people I might work with." she asked.
She twirled a piece of hair that was hanging around her finger," Dod you want to be in the military growing up or did consequences make you have to join?" she asked out of the blue.
((Sorry for the shortness,i am not feeling well ))

((Oh, I hope you're not getting sick. If you are, get well soon ^^))
Kain slowed down his walking pace as he thought it over. "Well, if you come to serve under Colonel Mustang, you'll be working with me and Havoc."He jabbed a thumb over his shoulder, motioning to the 2nd Lieutenant. "Then there's Breda, he's a smart guy and usually gets send abroad. Falman's kind of formal, but he's a nice guy, great eye for detail. Our second in command is 1st Lieutenant Hawkeye. She's one of Central's best marksman and she's a dedicated woman." As he spoke of his colleagues, a proud tone to his voice, they had eventually reached the office designated to Mustang and his group.
"A few others tend to drop by every now and then, so it's always busy. But that just makes this job more fun." He grinned brightly as he pushed open the door, nodding to the lady seated behind a desk before looking at Siran "The secretary."
At the last question, he couldn't help but smile fondly "I never really had the intention of enlisting when I was a child, but the military gave me the option of being able to further develop my skills while still practising my hobby." He walked on towards another door, knocking twice out of politeness before pushing it open and letting Siran enter first "I can't regret the decision though. I mean, serving your country, protecting the civilians? How can I not love that?" His grin only faltered for a second, as he stood to attention and saluted Hawkeye with a sharp "Good morning ma'am."

She listened to Kain and she added,"The miltary had my parents killed, because my mom was Ishvallan they deemed my father a traitor and murdered them." she said, and then added," So I taught myself Alchemy and here I am." she finished with a smile.
Her long almost white blonde hair was loose hanging well past her knees,as she heard him talking to Hawkeye, she said," good morning."
"It is a pleasure to meet you,but excuse me If I do not bow, because i will fall out of my top if i do that." she was joking, she just did not feel under anyone and would not bow to anyone.

Riza took a deep breathe nodding her head, "Understandable, So are you here to meet up with the colonel as well?" Riza looked at Wrath a bit as she seemed deep in thought. "So your parents were killed by the military." Hawkeye brushed her blond bangs out of her eyes as she turned to fully face Wrath, "why would you join then, I am guessing you do not support their actions in that dreaded war."

Kain stared at her for a moment, taking in her words. If the military had killed her parents, why was she here? He blinked once then looked away, as Riza asked what he'd been thinking. If it had been his folks, he'd have probably stared a vendetta against the State. And end up like that crazy guy on the corner of 5th and Reach street.
Seeing as the women were busy talking, the Master Sergeant took this as his cue to head to his desk. He checked his inbox first, nothing more than military propaganda to raise morale, a list of newly imported library books by courtesy of Schiezka and a dirty joke left by one of his colleagues that had his cheeks redden. He wasn't sure who the joke was from, but he was thankful that none of the guys were in yet, or he'd never hear the end of their teasing.
With a sigh, he sat down, unbuttoning his jacket for ease. Sign some forms, do his rounds AKA find out if anyone needs their phones, clocks or radios fixed and then see if there was any missions to take.
