Hi,

I was wondering if I could "lie in wait" to play Kimblee or Archer? I would happily temp either of them as well. I badly want to play Kimblee.


Ive actually never RP'd before, but I'm bored, have TONS of time on my hands(most of which is chained to this computer XD), love to write, draw, and have a good imagination.

I have watched the whole series many times and also the movie. I will fill out an app when/if a role opens with all the bio, writing sample, etc. If you want it now I can, just ask.

---Character Information---
1.) Character Name --Lt. Colonel Frank Archer
2.) Character Bio --Archer is a refined, self-contained, passive aggressive with an aloof demeanor, suggesting a sterile upbringing in a cold home. He arrives on the scene to replace Lt. Colonel Maes Hughs after he's killed. He makes his first appearance at the funeral. He then ruthlessly begins paving his way upward, and proves to be a thorn is Colonel Mustangs side, such as pulling strings to get Kimblee reinstated and pardoned. He uses manipulation to circumnavigate his way around Mustangs own goals and gets promoted to Colonel for the Lior incident.
3.) Relationships with people --Brown noses Fuhrer Bradley to brick his way to the top and promote war. After evesdropping on Kimblee outside the door and learning of his alchemical abilities, he decides to pull strings to get Kimblee pardoned and reinstated. Other than that, he antagonizes everyone else and no one wants anything to do with him, which suits him ok. Oh yeah! He also takes up with Shou Tucker because he wants to supervise and control his chimera experiements.
4.) Likes --War, war, WAR. Power. Glory. Overseeing experiments on chimeras and homunculi to see how they can be used for war. Politicking, Kimblees transmuting abilities. I'm assuming he prolly likes Earl Grey with lemon and a weekly manicure! XD
5.) Dislikes --Other people getting in his way, not being in control at all times, insubordination, Mustang, peacetime..
6.) History of the character --Wow, I think I pretty much covered it in the above stuff. He does make his appearance at Maes Funeral, and quickly begins his shameless plotting and scheming to get a war going. He becomes interested in wrath and greed and uses Kimblee to get Greeds weakness and storm the Devils Nest. He then gets Kimblee reinstated and pardoned and also has Shou Tucker working under him to make chimeras for war purposes. Then on to Lior after Scar. He gets partially absorbed in the transmutation that happens there, and ends up only half a man the rest being a automail killing machine. He loses what's left of his sanity and goes on a killing spree all the way to Fuhrer Bradley's mansion.

1.) Why do you want to be this character?Why wouldn't I? lol He's cold, calculating, sadistic and has an interesting psychological makeup and I really want to play a dark character like him or Kimblee. Plus in the English dubbing he has a sexy, velvety voice. >:]
2.) How far are you into the Anime?Seen 'em all, two or three times. Also the movie.
3.) How far are you into the Manga?Alas! I do not have them, nor can I afford them. T_T

I'm taking up where he left off in the prison thread, arguing with Kimblee:

Archer gazed evenly back at Kimblee, who had him backed against the wall. His heart was hammering, fueled by mixed thoughts and feelings and he hoped Kimblee didn't see this. Archer was used to being in control at all times, and he didn't like being put in this position. He'd have to play his hand carefully. This was Kimblees territory and he knew it. But he refused to give ground; Kimblee was in his element and that made him more dangerous. A smile twitched at the corner of his mouth and his eyes glinted. He would just have to posture.
