1: Envy. I imagine that he'd be among the most fun to watch because of how overly frustrated he gets.
2: Gluttony. I'd rather not force that on anyone normal, so why not give the fatty a treat instead?

1: I'd rather not torture somebody and have them do that. Seeing it's all the same to him, Gluttony perhaps? He wouldn't even know he was in a cage. Besides, if he's smaller, that means the food's bigger.
2: Hohenheim? I don't like him, and if we did it to an evil character we run the risk of it destroying countless lives.

1: Mustang so I could help him achieve the presidency and enforce the tiny miniskirt law.
