---Character Information---
1.) Character Name -- Izumi Curtis
2.) Character Bio -- She agreed to train Elrics to hone their alchemical abilities after their mother died, through an unorthodox regiment of philosophy, martial arts, and survival techniques. Her methods are derived from her own alchemy training: in the anime she was taught by Dante, whereas in the manga she was forced to survive in the northern region surrounding Briggs Fortress for a month. She thinks of the Elrics as her own sons, and although she severs her student-teacher ties with them after learning of their attempts with human transmutation as well as Ed's joining the State Military though she continues to do all she can to help them. Sometime before the start of the series, Izumi had a son with her husband Sig Curtis. The child died soon afterwards, and Izumi tried and failed to revive it through human transmutation (an act that created Wrath in the anime). Although the failed attempt took some of her internal organs, such that she could never again give birth and coughs up blood when she gets too worked up due to her losing all of her internal organs from below her heart to above her kidneys. Izumi was thereafter able to perform alchemy without a transmutation circle, as per all who have survived attempting human transmutation.
Izumi Curtis, the teacher of Ed and Alphonse Elric, agreed to train them to hone their alchemical abilities after their mother died. She expands their training with a regimen of philosophy, martial arts, and living off the land. Throughout the anime she tries to get close to Wrath to repent for his creation. She dies between the end of the anime and Conqueror of Shamballa, but during the movie her spirit reunites with Wrath in the afterlife. In the manga, because she was able to survive a failed human transmutation, she attracts the attention of the State Military. As she and her husband travel around Amestris to keep out of the military's clutches, they meet Ed and Al's father Hohenheim. He rearranges her insides to ease the blood flow, and then gets her to help collaborate in bringing down the State Military.
3.) Relationships with people -- Sig Curtis - Her husbands, whom she loves.
Wrath - is a young Homunculus created by Izumi Curtis in an attempt to revive her son.
Elrics Bros - She treasures them since they were both her students
4.) Likes -- She likes to pund sense into Ed, when he thinks he's the top gun, she also appears to enjoy traveling.
5.) Dislikes --State Alchemist
6.) History of the character -- She helped the Elrics on many occasions, she tried to save Wrath, but failed in the end. (I'll fill out more later since I have to put scraps and pieces together)

In her room on her bed with a book opened in hand was suddenly disturbed by her husband. She figured it was those damn brats she loved so she decided to get up "Relax! I'm feeling fine today! She got and walked to the front door, hearing Ed talk in front of the door she abruptly kicked it open, sending him flying. She walked outside and was pissed "News of you have reached us my foolish student! You actually became a dog of the military? Well? You better explain! She was so pissed she hadn't notice Ed was partially unconscious. Looking around she saw Al, not knowing he was a tin can though "Who's the walking tin can?" Al responded with quick haste, not to get beaten down. Izumi rose her hand to shake his hand; little did he know what was in store for him "Al! Look how tall you have grown! They shook hands and she flipped him onto the ground.
She started walking away and pitied how easily he was thrown "Not enough training." Al shocked at the circumstance questioned her sickness with Sig. Izumi turned around and her vein started popping out of her head "What are you saying! This is because you guys came from far away." In that instant she coughed up blood and an awkward silence rose. Sig gave Izumi some medicine to take, then they hugged. Ed and Al looked confused and disgusted at the same time, so they said hello again but this time without expecting to get hit. "Uh, you guys are here!" Izumi said playfully and hitting Ed upside the head. Then the four walked into the house.
