Slicer hissed in irritation as he saw Yoki go. He had to stop him somehow, mainly because he knew that tales of an armored military official that had been prancing around rooftops, wouldn't ease his mission. "Its alright, he doesn't pose a threat!" He called out, lying. "Just remember that this is strictly confidential, we wouldn't want you to get into trouble for knowing more about higher officials tha is good for you, now would we?" He knew it was lame, but he had to somehow place a blockade on Yoki's mouth, and acting like a higher up could do it.
He turned to Isaac again. "Look." He sighed. "I have no reason to get into any confrontation, what I may or may not have been doing up there may have been suspicious. And it may have not been. The main fact is, you know that I oppose no threat to you." He twisted his sword slightly to the side. "Unless you wish to push the matter further that is."

Yoki turned back to the armored man as he continued to sprint. "But of course!" he quickly weaseled out. As heturned his head back to Slicer to yell it back to him as he sprinted, he obviously couldn't pay attention to where he was going and ended up crashing into a wall in a comic fashion. He let out yet another cry of pain, then continued on his way like the clumsy buffon he was, attempting to restraighten his mustache as he did so.
While Yoki didn't want to anger the heavily armored high ranking officer, there was no way he'd ever know about this, right? This was too juicy to pass up. He HAD to tattle to someone. Rewards would be high if he could tell the military of Isaac.

((Sorry, I left on an unexpected road trip. That's why I couldn't post.))
Issac saw Yoki run away. He would have ran after him but Yoki ran into a wall. He left Slicer's attempts to threaten him to go after Yoki. It wasn't difficult to catch up to him, seeing as the wall had caused him pain. Standing in front of Yoki, Issac smiled.
"Going somewhere? Please stay and talk, then you can go and tell someone where I am. That is if I allow you to." Issac finished talking by changing a small bit of water from his canister into small ice darts.

Yoki chuckled nervously as Isaac easily managed to block his escape due to Yoki having smacked into a wall. Good god, he probably wasn't going to get out of here alive at this rate. . .He didn't trust Issac in the slightest, and he doubted Issac had too much trust in him either. He could probably see right through him. . .He wasn't exactly complicated. "Errr. . .Sure. What do you care to talk about? Politics? The weather? You choose the subject." he frantically let out, trying to not appear intimidated despite it being so blatantly obvious.

Slicer was taken aback as the alchemist quickly darted past him, towards Yoki. As the alchemist confronted the trembling man, Slicer felt split between doing his job, and doing what he was sure he would be reprimanded for if he didn't. "What you waiting for? Leave him. He's obviously not that important, our orders weren't to go saving a piece fo filth like that it was to stay UNDERCOVER." "Nonetheless, the situation might turn to our advantage." His brother sighed in defeat, as Slicer quickly turned and ran over to the two men.
"Hold it." He said warningly, his sword quivering where it was resting in the air just behind the alchemist's back. "I'm sure this can be settled in a different manner." He sent a sharp look towards Yoki, warning him that if he tried to scram again he wouldn't be pardoned.

Issac heard Slicer come over. Turning his head around he saw the sword close to his back. Slicer did have a point in saying there was a different way in settling things, and Issac truly needed one. He didn't want the military to how close he was to them. He turned around to face Slicer, thinking that Yoki may not try to run away.
"You got it. We'll settle this a different way. You choose how we settle this matter. I only ask for one thing, and that is that Yoki doesn't tell the military I'm here. If they do find out I'm here, Yoki here will die of a cold, if you get what I mean." Issac said to Slicer.

Slicer narrowed the orbs of his eyes, still wary of the alchemist's actions. "I too would prefer him to stay quiet. Listen here..." He directed his next words directly to Yoki. "If I find out that you have said anything-ANYTHING-of what you have seen here, I will personally hunt you down and KILL you. You may not know it, but you are involved in a situation that reaches far into the depths of the military. We have traitors in our midst, assassains which are just waiting for an oppurtunity to wipe out the lower individuals, slowly gaining momentum until even the president himself is endangered. That is why you must tell no-one, for if you by chance told the wrong person, you could endanger your own life in helping them on their way. They will stop at nothing. Do you understand?" Slicer wasn't normally the avid lier, but in this situation it seemed necessary.

Yoki gulped as both Isaac and Slicer seemed ready to kill him at a moment’s notice should he not play his cards right. ”Oh, I understand completely, Mr. Slicer sir, erhem. . .I wouldn’t dare endanger the military. I’ll forget everything I’ve seen here, I promise!”. While his gut feeling was screaming at him to run away, his last attempt hadn’t gone over so well, and he doubted that Slicer and Issac would be so forgiving this time. Still, there was no way he wasn’t going to spill this, being the conniving mustached guy he was. This was the juciest thing he’d heard in forever and actually had potential to get him back in the favor of the higher ups should he report it. Slicer and Issac would have to be idiots to trust him.

Slicer sighed as he studied Yoki's reaction carefully. This is absurd. There's no way this is gonna hold up. "Alright...er..." He faltered slightly. What on earth had he done? Most of the blabber had been complete pish-posh, but he vaguely hinted traitors, humunculi. Good lord what a fool I've been. He hesitated again. He glanced at the alchemist, who also had his attention on Yoki, and no longer seemed to threaten Slicer, which suited him perfectly. Maybe he should just have let Ice deal with Yoki, should have just followed his brother's advice. He cursed himself for doing otherwise.

Issac stood there dumbfounded at the news of traitors in the milatary. He couldn't help but wonder if there were more like him in the milatary. Then again, there was always the off chance that Slicer was lying to scare Yoki. Issac couldn't tell because of the helmet Slicer had on. These thought distracted him a bit, but not enough so that Issac heard Slicer mumble a bit.
"Ran out of threats, Tin Man. I don't think Yoki here will listen to you anyway. He'll do anything to make it big, and apperently giving up his life to me seems to also be an option." The last part was a threat towards Yoki. Issac started to regret ever following Slicer, but now it was too late.
"All right, now what about me. Tell me what you want me to do and I'll gladly do it, even though you probably don't trust me." Issac grumbled. He hated having to take orders from the military, but now he had to, so the rest wouldn't find him.

Slicer shrugged. "As long as you're not outright trying to commit murder, and if you just consent to mind your own beeswax on my behalf, you can do what you like. My job is not to follow criminals or whatever you might be, I have far more important things to do."

Issac nodded his head.
"Fine by me. Go ahead with whatever you were doing. You have my word that I shall leave you alone. As for Yoki, I'll be keeping watch on him."

Slicer hesitated again. He glanced at Yoki. There seemed to be no other options. If he somehow convinced Ice not to kill him, tales of armoured warriors and criminal alchemists would attract way too much attention. Even though it gave him a bad taste in his would-be mouth, he would just have to leave Yoki and let Ice do what he wanted with him. He couldn't waste his time. Not that he was devoid of all sympathy, it was just...it wasn't worth the bother. "Do with him what you will." He glanced sharply at Yoki. "I'd advise you not to cause trouble for yourself. Alchemist's are not a matter to be taken lightly." With a slight sigh he turned. It had been easier getting to a higher spot when it was merely morning, and when nobody was around. Now it seemed he would have to be forced to travel at ground level, and he still had the matter of information gathering to attend to.
Quickly and silently, he snuck out of the alley, leaving the two others behind.

Issac was also leaving. He couldn't stand to be alone with Yuki, and he had to be somewhere else at the moment. The letter he recieved told him to go to the Ishballan Ruins. Not wanting to waste any more time, he left Yuki. His patience for Yuki was running thin, so he turned around and left. He did leave a warning to Yuki though.
"Remember Yuki, I'll kill you if the milatary knows that I was here."
