Slicer stood, straight as a tree in silhouette, looking over the bustling city of Central. He wasn't in danger of being spotted, unless one of the scurrying citizens way below decided to crawl up their tall buildings and see if anyone happened to be standing on the roof. Which he doubted any normal person would.
He sighed slightly. He could see the wind playing with his plume of horsehair, tossing it to and fro in the wind, along with the rippling of the cloth that obscured the lower half of his helmet. "Where do we start?" His brother said hesitantly. He looked down. "I'm not sure. We can find a place where we can listen to military conversations, but at the same time avoiding detection. I'm not quite sure what it is we're supposed to be finding out, except that its supposedly about the humunculi." "Oh, well I guess that'll be a piece of cake then." "...I sense a slight hint of sarcasm there." "You know how well they conceal themselves, our chances are near to nil on this case." "We've had harder situations than this to solve." "Have we?" After some thought he sighed again. "No. You're right. Ah well, one time has to be the first I guess."
With a brisk trot, he ran over to the edge of the roof and leaped over the gap between the two buildings, aided by his brother's will and landing with a crash on the other side. He had to find some way of gaining information before traveling to Resembool.

Issac walked around, hiding his face in case someone from the military saw him. He hated all this secrecy he had to go through, but it was necessary for his survival. He didn't know why but he decided to look up. With this he saw something strange jump between two buildings. Smiling to himself, Issac decided to follow the figure. He climbed up the building and landed next to the armor.
"What are you doing up here, and who are you? I don't see why you chose to be up here, someone else can see you. Your lucky I'm feeling generous." Issac said to Slicer.

He grunted slightly in reaction to the jarred landing. Even though he couldn't feel the vibrations going through his body, he could tell by the creaking of his armour that they were severe enough to cause great pain had he been human. As he straightened up, preparing to run towards the next gap, which would then afterwards lead him to the outskirts of the military head quarters, he stiffened in shock as he heard a snide voice come from behind.
He spun around, quickly drawing his sword with one hand, and falling into a half crouch which ensured him a good range of the person's legs. He was just about to swipe and cut the guy's knees off altogether when he stopped. Curses. I'm military property now, I can't just go killing off random citizens... He narrowed his eyes slightly, and before the person could react he had sheathed his sword again, the sword which the Major had edged with razor sharp carbon, and he had turned and sprinted towards the next gap.
"Should we be running away?" He heard his brother say in a slightly hesitant tone. "When we are able to we must. I refuse to say that android line just yet, you must understand." "You know, I was actually kinda looking forward to you saying that..." He heard his brother chuckle, and then he had leaped over the chasm that led to the next building.

Issac's eyes grew wide when Slicer ignored him and jumped on to the next building. Anger at the fact of being ignored rose inside of Issac. Chasing after Slicer, he ran as fast as he could until he was in front of the armor. Blocking Slicer's path, Issac had only one thing in mind: to gain the information he wanted.
"What are you trying to accomplish jumping across the builidings? Answer me or I will punish you?"

Slicer skidded to a halt, watching the stranger in shock as he blocked his path. He narrowed the blue orbs of his eyes dangerously. "I wouldn't feel free to cast around with all my private reasons to do everything. It is not my nature, and going against my nature is the last thing I want to do." Moving so quick that he was a mere blur, he pushed past the dark-haired man and sprinted towards the next building. But when he took off, he immediately knew he wasn't going to make it. With a heavy crunch, he hit the opposite wall, only grabbing hold of the ledge just in time. He gasped heavily, still in shock over his sudden descent. "Brother?!" "I'm fine. A little jarred though." He hung there, uncertain of what to do. He could pull himself up, but not quickly enough to avoid further confrontation with the strange man. He sighed wearily.

Issac smiled to himself. It seemed that Slicer didn't make it to the other building. He ran and jumped across to the other building. Barely making it, Issac had to balance himself or else risk falling. After he was sure that he wouldn't fall, Issac turned around to face the hanging armor. He crouched down and held out a hand, offering to help him up.
"Take my hand. I'll help you up, or you can choose to ignore me again and fall down to the ground. It's your choise." Issac said.

Slicer glanced up as the man landed just in front of him. As the hand was offered, he narrowed his eyes slightly. "Come to think of it...I'd rather not." He said. Letting go with one hand, he saluted mockingly. "Mike the friendly military robot, is hereby bidding you good day." He said, before letting go and falling. He could almost feel the rush of the updraft, and he spread out his arms and legs, so as to slow down the rush slightly. He hit the ground with a crash, bending in the knees to absorb the impact as much as possible.
He paused for a split second, before straightening up. "You allright brother?" "I was expecting you to do something like that." "Oh really?" "Yup. Now lets get the hell outta here." He nodded in agreement, turning on his heel and running down the dark alleyway, out of the light.

Yoki was going through the alleys in an attempt to find a hotel to stay for the night, covered in rotten tomatoes from a bad “performance” which he was busy wiping off. He’d found some crazy girl on the way out who tried to assist him, but she was too crazy to even help herself, it seemed. Probably just some drunk whore. Either way, the commoners didn’t concern him.
He suddenly heard a loud crash to the ground and turned to see a man in a suit of armor falling from a rooftop. The fall was quite large, but he seemed to get up with no signs of pain at all, casually brushing it off. What was with this superhuman man? Of even more interest though was the man who had seemingly knocked off the one in the armor from the rooftop. . .He recognized his face from the occasional wanted poster, and he seemed to still be at it. Yoki chuckled and ran off to go report this to the military in hopes that it would help him gain some more favor and get higher up. . .Not being particularly inconspicuous as he did so, running straight past the armored man frantically.

"Brother." He looked down as the younger Slicer attracted his attention. "What?" He asked sharply. His question answered itself though, as a small man skittered by, clearly trying to avoid attention. "Hold it." He growled, reaching out and grabbing the small man in the back of his uniform. "Why so quick? You seem in a mighty hurry." He knew that the strange guy with the dark hair would be over him soon, but he couldn't risk someone telling on him, the major's orders were to stay incognito.

Yoki continued trying to run as he was picked up, but ended up just flailing his legs in the air. He let out a deep sigh. . .This was so utterly humiliating. He slowly turned his head to look at the armored man, squinting his eyes in annoyance. "What do you think I'm doing? I'm trying to get away from that madman up there!" Yoki sneered, lying through his teeth in hopes that the armored man would put him down.

Slicer hesitated. It was only a matter of seconds before the stranger got down, and he really didn't see any reason why he should be holding up this individual any longer. He glanced at the others uniform, grunting slightly. "As matters may be, so am I. Should you have any suggestions I'd gladly release you. Colleagues should assist each other, don't you think?" He shifted his blue poncho aside, so the small military badge was visible. He had to somehow convince this guy that he wasn't doing anything suspicious, mainly because he had a feeling that the man had a slick tongue. He had seen his kind before.

Issac jumped down from the building. When he landed, he realized it was a big mistake. A pain shot up from his legs, but he ignored it. At least he tried to. He didn't have to move far anyway. When he arrived towards Slicer and Yoki, he heard Yoki say he was trying to get away from the maniac.
"Maniac? You better not be talking about me, and anyways, I don't follow people unless they look suspicious. Which means I wouldn't have followed armor guy here if he hadn't been jumping across the buildings."

Upon realizing that the armored man was with the military, Yoki heaved a sigh of relief. This superhuman wasn't an enemy but an ally. . .Or so it seemed anyway. Still, Yoki had a bad feeling about him. . .How could anyone get up with nothing but a scratch after taking a fall like that? "Don't you know who that man is? He's Isook (It had been a long time since Yoki heard his name), the Ice Alchemist! You can't take that guy alone. We'll need to get some help!" Yoki said rather frantically, although not loudly enough so that Isaac could here up on the roof. . .Yoki continued to flail about in Slicer's grasp, wanting to get away from the outlaw and to tattle him to somebody of higher authority to score points with the military.
Once Isaac jumped off the roof, Yoki let out a scream of terror and flailed all the more furiously. "I really didn't mean that, Isook. Really, I didn't! You must understand, I merely jest!" said Yoki with a stupid smile.

Issac hand flew towards Yoki's throat. It hovered there for awhile untill he finally decided to put it down. He looked at both Yoki and Slicer. He was outnumbered, but that hadn't stopped him before. Two against one didn't seem to bad of an odd, especially since he was an ex-State Alchemist.
"Hehehehehe. Do you really think two of you can beat me? Go get a couple more people, then you may have a fighting chance." His own trust in his abilities truly made Issac believe he could win. He was already eyeing Yoki's chest, wanting to freeze it.

Yoki got out of Slicer’s grasp only to get caught in the hands of an even deadlier foe. He simply stared at Isaac wide eyed as he was held for a few moments, then hastily spoke up upon being released and listening to what the ice alchemist had to say. ”Fight you? Oh no, we would never do that! Come now, we were just going, now weren’t we?”. He hastily turned up at Slicer and gave him a dumb grin frantically, chuckling nervously and twitching a good bit.

Slicer narrowed the orbs of his eyes, cursing silently. Alchemist. And an outlaw too. Just my luck to run into a fellow like him on my first day on the job. Before he could say anything, he heard the soft thump not anything like his own shattering crash as-Isak was it?-landed not far from them.
Slicer sighed in irritation, partly because of his current situation, and partly because of the panicked blabble the military guy had spewed out as soon as the alchemist approached them. He had had a feeling there was something dodgy about the little guy.
"What the-" He stared in surprised disbelief at his now empty fingers, as the small man slid out of his grasp, only to be grabbed around the neck by the alchemist. He quickly drew his sword, with a nearly silent scarping noise. He shifted into position, threatening the alchemist slightly. "Keep it calm now. I can understand your suspicion at my actions, no doubt I would have done the same thing. Let me assure you that I am merely on a special-task so to say, of no harmful nature whatsoever." He tilted his head slightly. "Only...harmless investigation." He flicked the point of his blade slightly upwards, so it pointed towards the small man, who had succeeded in getting free of the Ice alchemist's grasp. "I doubt this gentleman is any major threat to you. And I just as well. I suggest you let us pass, before this situation becomes...aggressive." He ignored the small person's plea for escape.

Issac started to laugh. The armor man was threatning him, and he found it hilarious. He also found it hilarious that Slicer was in an investigation mission. That made him laugh even more then usual.
"If you were really investigating, then you wouldn't be wearing all that armor. You stick out like a sore thumb. As for Yoki there, he's as harmful to me as a fly."

Slicer narrowed his eyes as the alchemist taunted him. "If you hadn't looked up in exactly the right time, I would have gone unnoticed. I am quite capable of moving around without detection in this suit." He jerked his head slightly as he shifted his position again, ready for an attack if it should come. "I have a certain...condition that makes it crucial that my skin is not directly open to air. Bandages don't work, and armour adds the perfect little touch of protection that I need as well."
He glanced at Yoki. "As harmful as a fly, eh?" Flies transmit diseases.

Yoki started sneaking away subtly as the ice alchemist and the armored man conversed among their selves, figuring he might be able to get away due to how much they were already ignoring him. However; the armored man looked at him for whatever reason before long, causing Yoki to let out a frantic yelp and break into a sprint.

Issac stared at Yoki leave. He didn't care too much if Yoki left. It was a waste of his time anyway to go after him. The man in the armor was the only one that seemed to pose a threat. The man's armor was a problem for Issac, but he can find a way around it.
"Yoki's leaving. Aren't you going to leave too? If you do, I'll just follow."
