Name: Jessica Emiline Freeman
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Weight: 178 lbs.
Height: 5' 2"
Hair: Short, straight brown
Eyes: muddy brown
Personality: Jess mostly keeps to herself, but one thing that will make her care for others is if she sees someone hurt. Then she does all she can for them, and this is often how she makes friends. Once she has made a friend she is very loyal to them. She is also very stubborn, and once she has an idea in her mind it is hard to discourage her from acting out that idea. Just don't call her chubby, a string of profanity is the best responce you'll get.
Physical Description: Jess is a bit on the chubby side, with fair skin that burns easily, tomboy cut straight brown hair, and determined muddy brown eyes. Though clearly intelligent she is rather socially awkward at times, which can sometimes be seen by studying Jess's facial expressions. Though she tries to cover them up as much as possible both her legs are automail, but the long pants and heavy boots she prefers to wear are really just as distinctive. She also has a tendency to write a lot, thus the ink blots commonly seen on her hands. She also has trouble getting sleep, and whenever she takes off her reading glasses she invariably loses them. Thus she always has them on.
History: Jess has lived with her Mother and Grandparetns ever since she can remember, she doesn't remember her Father and hasn't seen him since she was three. Nevertheless she soon found her father's Alchemy books up in the attic, and spent hours at a time studying them. She didn't know how rare her talent was, all she saw was fun making stuff. Really until the age of 10 her life was easy. Then came the incident which lost her Grandpa's life and her left leg. She blocked out the memories of it because they were too painful, and no one else was around to witness what happened.
Though it really wasn't her fault the humanculi came for her grandfather, she still blamed herself... Nevertheless her Mother refused to let her die or try to kill herself, and she was fitted with a shiny new automail leg. But then the humanculi came after her Mother and Grandmother. She was lucky to survive, now missing her right leg. Of all people the automail mechanic took her in, and she truly began to master the art of alchemy after recovering from the shock of a second automail limb. Trying to ignore what happened to her family, she's become transfixed upon what has become of her Father. She wanders about, searching for the answers to her questions. It's only a matter of time before she has an encounter with the military, as to whether it turns out peaceful or not we have yet to find out. Thus begins her journey.
Other: Seriously, don't call her chubby. She's attacked people for it sometimes.
--SAMPLE ROLEPLAY--
Jess sat on the train, writing to herself in her journal. She had nothing else to do on such a long journey really, she wasn't traveling with anyone but herself. There she sat, writing about the experience of riding on the train, and every thought that crossed her mind. She'd never gone on a train ride before. Somehow seeing the cuntryside flying by out the window reminded her of the only home she ever knew. Suddenly she found herself crying, her quill still except for the ink that blotted the page along with her tears. She was now too emotional to write, and so put up the writing utensils to try and calm herself down... She was just so frustrated, so confused. What were those things that killed the rest of her family, and what of her Father? Did he escape? Did he die fighting them? Too many questions, not enough answers. She sighed and wiped away her tears, trying to think of good memories to usurp the bad. but in vain. And so she sat there, silently sulking until she felt someone sit next to her. "Huh?"
