"I have read the rules"
Picture:
Alias: Non Verus
Name: Tyrell Avis
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Weight: 91 kg
Height: 5'11"
Hair: Silver, with black tuft at front (most likely not natural hair colour). Usually not brushed and occasionally... 'static'...
Eyes: Icy Blue
Personality: An odd ball, to say the least, Tyrell's attitude to life is like the electricity he so loves - haphazard and random. Usually full of energy and seemingly always happy, he never fails to raze a smirk, even if it is unintentional. He loves the rain, particularly storms, and will often be found simply standing around in it, smiling. Many may call him crazy, but he's simply a guy who doesn't seem to take life too seriously. Note the use of the term 'seem to'.
Yeah, there's more to this guy than meets the eye. His whole personality can completely shift in the blink of an eye, becoming far more intimidating and... well... evil-ish. The radical shift might point to a certain amount of schizophrenia or multiple personality disorder.
He is what one could call chaotic good, meaning he doesn't always seem to do the right thing, but there is always a damn good reason for what he does.
He has a habit of putting others he cares about far ahead of his own well being, almost so that it can be dangerous to his health. He doesn't fear death, as he knows in his heart that death is not an ending, for there are no endings.
There are only ends to the beginnings.
Physical Description: Tall, well built and broad shouldered, but not exactly awe-inspiring (like a certain Alex Louis Armstrong), he doesn't really make an impression in a room by his looks alone. In fact, if he wanted to, he could probably disappear in an empty house. He tends to slouch when seated and rarely stands completely upright, sort of keeping limber.
However, this changes completely with the shift in personality. He stands completely upright, shoulders back and his entire demeanour seems to become much darker. In fact, those rare few who have seen this side of him have called it terrifying, particularly when he begins to 'spark'.
Has a scar in the shape of an odd array on the back of his right hand.
History: Tyrell's fascination with lightning and electricity is no accident. As a child, he was almost struck by lightning. Thankfully, he was next to an ancient oak tree, one that had been planet over a hundred years ago. The tree took the hit and, before the young eyes of Tyrell, it burst into flames, before toppling over, destroying someone's car. His parents were ever so worried and he was told hundreds of times that day that it could have been him. But the only thought that went through the child's mind was the sheer power of it. An ancient tree, something that had dominated his childhood up to that point, was wiped from the face of the Earth in a single night, thanks to a single, spilt-second strike. This fascinated him and he yearned to learn more. Through this vein, he quickly discovered Alchemy and became enraptured with its promises of understanding and controlling this power.
He eventually discovered a particular alchemic circle that used electricity for something (he has long forgotten what) and he began experimenting with the circle. He eventually created a circle that simply created electricity for the sake of electricity. With this array, he was able to learn to control it and his first act was to burn the array into the back of his right hand. With this, he would always have electricity at his beck and call.
