Dante followed closely behind her servant, listening as she spoke to the child in her arms. She frowned slightly at the mention of his father. It seemed that the boy was still attached to his family, as well. Although it aggravated her, it was far from surprising. If his sister still felt a connection to her parents, there was no reason for her brother not to. Regardless, those feelings would have to be dealt with.
"Do not underestimate them, Sloth. Even though their minds are not entirely developed, they are capable of understanding a lot more than normal infants."
She looked down at the girl in her arms, frowning slightly. "It would do you well not to mention their parents any longer. In order to ensure their loyalty to me, we must purge them of any memories of their family. Understood?"

"So, they really are, smarter than your average baby", Sloth said as she looked towards her master. "I'm sorry for mentioning him, maybe if I just mention your name only they will begin to think of you as their mother."
Sloth whispered to the baby, "Dante, Dante, Dante."
"Do we have to carry these babies all day? Isn't there something we could put them in, a crib? My arms are starting to feel tired."
Sloth shifted the babies head into her left arm so she could let her right arm rest. "It's head is awfully heavy", she muttered.

The boy simply frowned and stared at Sloth for a few moments. However, he then balled his hand into a fist, smacking the homunculus in the face. As he did this, he once again started to fuss, flailing his unoccupied limbs about.

Dante walked with her down the hallway, still cradling the child in her arms. Like her subordinate, she was also growing tired of carrying the baby. She had hated children for as long as she could remember. When her son was still a newborn, she actually forced one of the maids to nurse him because she did not want to let him anywhere near her.
"Unfortunately, we will have to watch after them until we reach my mansion. Though once we reach the car, you may set him on your lap if you wish. I'll certainly be doing that."
Stopping at the elevator, she pressed the button and waited for it to arrive. "Homunculi do not have mothers, Sloth. That is the last thing I want them to see me as. I am their master, nothing more."

Feeling the smack to her face the humunculus just merely stared at the baby. "Foolish child", she said as her face became liquid. She was hoping to scare the poor child for ever daring to lay a hand on her beautiful face. Sloth made sure her master didn't see what she did, she knew she would be scolded if Dante saw.
"Sorry master, sorry for being so, dumb as to think a Humunculus could ever have a mother." As the elevator finally arrived Sloth followed her master as into it. "Master, what will happen to Wrath once he betrays us?" Sloth had gotten attached to the young boy and almost presumed the role as a mother figure to him.

"Huh?" the boy cooed in surprised. His shock only lasted a couple seconds before he once again began to assault Sloth's liquid face.
Meanwhile, his sister was no doubt much calmer. Actually, she was starting to fall asleep as the elevator arrived.

Dante slowly stepped into the elevator, then pressed the button for the first floor. Considering that she was now officially a state alchemist, getting through the military base would no longer be an issue. She despised having to demean herself by pretending to be her former student, and it was most certainly worth it. Once she managed to discover the mole in the military, she would be able to drop the charade and return to her old life. Until then, she would have to play the fool.
She glanced over at Sloth. "I have yet to decide on his fate. Most likely he will be terminated, but I may transmute his Ourborus instead. Either way, you have more important things to worry about than that troublesome boy."
Looking down at the boy in her arms, she raised a brow when she saw the horrified expression on his face. "What's the matter with him?"

Terminated, she thought to herself. She couldn't help but admit that she made a connection with youngest humunculi. It was almost as if she had feelings for him, but that's not possible. Master is always telling me we don't have feelings, but I don't believe her.
"Yes master", Sloth said as she bowed her head. It was either his death or again his death. Transmuting his Ourborus will only lead to him being under his control. The Wrath that once was would be gone.
Sloth wasn't sure if she should tell her master that she was scaring him so she decided to lie about it, "I have no idea, maybe all of this terminating of Wrath talk is getting him worked up." Because it sure is getting me worked up, she thought to herself, Why am I acting as if I'm human, I'm better than that. Sloth rolled her eyes as the elevator opened, "Master you said you wanted me to watch over the Elrics and kill Izumi Kurtis. When would you like me to start that objective?"

"You begin your assignment tomorrow morning. I had considered sending you out to Risembool now, but there are some things I still need your help with at the mansion."
Dante remained focused on the elevator door, wearing her usual apathetic expression. It was hardly a secret that she was still aggravated with her minion for starting this mess in the first place. She also suspected that Sloth had grown attached to the traitorous brat. Before his defection, her son would frequently mention that the two were nearly inseparable. Then again, Envy was far from trustworthy, but something told her that he was correct on that matter.
She glanced down at the child in her arms, sighing inwardly when she saw that she was falling asleep. Unlike her brother, she was much more easy to handle, which made her thankful that she was the one she was going to help watch over. "Oh, and don't be ridiculous. They've never even heard of Wrath, so they obviously have no reason to be concerned for him."
Pausing, she turned to Sloth. "Also, might I give you a small warning? It would not be wise for you to continue dwelling on Wrath. Dirt rubs off so easily, and can tarnish those who would otherwise seem clean."

"Yes master", Sloth answered, "If someone gets in the way, do I have the right to kill them? I may be lazy, but I do like to dispose of the human race." Sloth smiled and gave out a small giggle. I'll creep up on them, pretend I'm their bath water, then I'll drown them. It will be so fun, she thought to herself.
"Master, I'm sorry for continuing to mention him. But don't worry, my loyalty has been and will forever be to you." Sloth stared at the baby and became lost in her own thoughts. She pictured the baby with Wrath's face and smiled. It was not common for her to show humanity, she usually just obeyed her master's commands and stood there like a lifeless, dull body. But something was different, she started to feel more rebellious after what recently happened. As the elevator doors opened Sloth came back to reality and walked on leading the way for her master.

*Outside Headquarters*
"Now what?" Martel questioned her comrades as they neared the building. There were some guards at the door---nothing too big. But, at the same time, she knew going in without some kinda of plan would be disasterous. At the same time, she was anxious---the rain had already begun to fall, so tracking anyone after this would be difficult.

Dorochette had his eyes closed as he was trying his best to pick up the sent they needed. After a few minutes he looked at Martel. "I think they're in there, or maybe just one. I can't say for 100% sure as they were jut born at the same spot a few days ago so their could be a bit of their sent left around." Dorochette apologised. "But the track smells pretty fresh though I can't be sure. The rain makes it harder for me to sniff things out, when outside at least. If we got inside the HQ I could tell more precisely if it's fresh and who it is."
"We should warn mister Greed of what we'll be doing." Loa pointed out.

The female chimera frowned but agreed with what Loa said. "Might as well" she said with a slight nod.

Dorochette nodded in agreement. "Yes but when we try something let's try not to make it too suicidal."

"You concentrate on that, and I'll focus on getting Rico and Ariana" Martel said, almost snapping at the dog-chimera. She hissed slightly and looked at the men. "Let's just hurry and call Greed".

Dorochette whinced at Martels snapping and hissing. He knew she had everyright to do so and it was't as if he was scared of her or anything but it made him feel like running of with his tail between his legs (figurativly that is) in shame.
"Their's a phone there." Loa interupted the bricking as he pointed at a phone cell a little away.

Not saying another word, Martel hurried to the cell. She didn't want to waste time, but the guys wouldn't let her just go inside. Once at the cell, she took the phone and dialed for the Nest.
"Hey?" Greed asked from the other line.
"Greed, we made it to Central---we're outside the Headquarters now. Pretty sure they're here, and if all goes well, should return later tonight. If not...I really have no idea" the snake chimera explained, trying to keep it short-and-sweet.
The homunculus was silent for a moment; Martel's last words made him feel uneasy. He trusted her, though, along with Loa and Dorochet. "Just make sure you come back" he said with a slight laugh. When Martel gave a slight "of course" to show she planned to do just that, the Homunculus hung up.
The chimera turned to the others and rose an eyebrow. "Can we actually go now?" she asked, sounding very impatient.

Dorochette sighed as he muttered something to himself while shaking his head.
"Let's get this over with." Loa agreed.

"So, you wanna try and sneak in....Or would you rather take your chances with the guards?" Martel suggested with a slight shrug. She didn't care either way. She just wanted to know so she could follow them, make them her back-up if the need arose. And it no doubt would.

"I vote sneaking. Do it the ninja way, get in and out again without anyone ever noticing before it's too late." Dorochette suggested.
