"You think so? I thought it woudl terrible.. An Ishaballian(sp?) bring a baby to a highschool.." she said softly, then her face lit up even brighter, "Yes I belive I will!" she exclaimed ina much livelier tone of voice. "Thank you." she said stepping forward giving Jean Havoc a light peck on the check before walking off again. He long white dress flwoing behind her as she walked out of the office.

Barry grumbled bitterly. He USED to be a teacher, he taught about butchering. The parts of the body that made good meat (in cows and sheep... mostly), and how to slice them easily. Unfortunately that stupid kid had to tell on him, all he did was threaten him with turning him into the next week's Mystery Meat. Now.. Here he was.. With a mop in hand, being a janitor! It was degrading, but it also made him the most feared janitor in Amestris.
He almost ran into Havoc and frowned narrowing his eyes. He stepped back and brushed off imaginary dust from his grey jumpsuit. "Why are you wandering the halls??"

Barry narrowed his eyes suspiciously at Havoc. "So? Just cause you're a teacher doesn't mean you aren't up to no good, and could still be dirtying MY floors." He grumbled, then turned to Gracia doing a 180. "Ah, thank you, Mrs. Hughes, your pie is legendary. You are a ray of sunshine in this dismal and unappreciative place."

Barry grinned and took her hand, kissing the back of it with a little bow. "I would love to. Though I just know that no amateur student's pie will compare to yours. Those are made with careful attention and lots of love." He felt soo corny and cliche, but then again, the classics worked the best. "Lead the way."

Gracia felt a hot and heavy blush come over her face and she blushed like one of the teend in ehr class.. Sure enough true to a typical teenager's reaction she turned on her heel and led the way to her Home Ec class.

Barry chuckled to himself as he didn't miss the blush. He whistled innocently and followed her towards the Home Ec class. "I don't mind helping you clean up if you want. It'll give you more time to relax before your next class... and it is my job. It must be too much for one, as able bodied a woman as she may be, to do alone."
