In this thread, whomever wishes to join may, just as long as they respect the usual rules of any rp thread. This takes place in Silent Hill (all 4 games combined, but if you haven't played all 4, then use what you know).
When Kimbley awoke, he was completely alone in some musty smelling apartment room. He sat up, his head pounding. He faced an old fashioned Grandfather clock. "Um..." Faintly, he could hear static. But nothing else. He stood, swaying. He felt as if he were run over by a train. Exiting the room, there was a noticeable change in the atmosphere. Goosebumps rose on his flesh. He involuntarily shuddered.

She was driving to Amestris, had to meet the Colonel later that day, so she kept pressing the pedal, went inside mist, and kept speeding for a while, the car stopped, she had runned out of gas so she took the keys and went out. "there is too much mist" she said and taking her weapons, started walking through the fog.
It was hard to see through the dense mist, but she kept walking, until the mist started to dissappear and then she saw an abandoned city, hoping she could find a gas station there.
Looks at her watch. "Shit, I'm so late already, this can't get worst." Storing her watch walks through a building, that looked like a hotel, throws away the door with a kick and goes inside.

(Ok, I don't wanna toss Barry in here yet, so I am making an OC I've wanted to use for an FMA rp here. If Kimblee or Ed have any objections I'll erase the posts ok?)
Adrian, which was her fake name she'd use since running away from home and hiding from the military, wondered how she'd gotten so lost. She thought she was on a train to Xing, but woke up alone on the train in a fog filled town that was very different from home. The young woman flicked back her dark ponytail and glanced around nervously as the entire town seemed to be devoid of life, atleast from what she could hear and see through the thick mist. She walked along , keeping one hand on the antique sword that her father had used for many years and she'd stolen from home as a memento. It was her one weapon that she had to rely on, well except alchemy, but she wasn't great at it, and had promised never to use it again.. Not after what happened last time...
She rubbed idly at her black gloved hands over the scars that were shaped like transmutation circles, and then continued on, wrapping the long grey'd coat around her. She'd worn the coat for years so of course it, along with the rest of her clothing was in bad shape, but it helped her never attract notice. Not that that sort of thing mattered in this ghost town. She blinked, stopping as she thought she heard footsteps and turnd around, facing the empty blank canvas of the fog.
"Who's there? Show yourself!"
She gasped backing up as she saw a form shuffle close, it looked like a person, but they had no arms, nor a face.. And the skin.. It made her feel sort of sick for a moment as the thing made a strange moanish sort of sound and slide closer to her in a strange rocking gait.
"Stand back or I won't hesitate to hurt you!" She drew her sword and stepped back once more.

As she went inside that place all she could smell was a rotten skin smell, it wasn't nice at all. She started to walk toward a weird noise, like someone was groaning, she saw a man, sitting in the floor just behing the counter, she found out he was making the noise, she got close to him and kneeled down. "Sir, are you ok?" She asked.
The man kept groaning and she got closer and repeated. "Sir... are you ok?" since she got no answer, she tried to pull up the man's face. She did it carefully and suddenly the man looked straight at her eyes. She got a few steps back and holded her weapon.
"Sir, calm down." She ordered.
The man standed up, and started to walk forward, his legs looked like they were broken but he was walking still, Riza got frightenned and shot at the man's knee, hopping he wouldn't be able to walk, he fell and got in his foot again, and started to walk. Desperated she shot him right in his head and ran outside, she went right inside the mist until she couldn't run anymore.
The only thing she could hear was herself breathing so fast. She tried to calm down, after all, she must be calmed for this kind of situations, she was frightened but she had to calm down. She started to breath normally and heard some threat. "Hello?... is somebody there?" she asked to the mist.

Suddenly there was a scream as Adrian leapt forward and slashed at the figure that wouldn't back down. She turned her head hearing a woman's voice. "Please say you're human!" She called out and then backed up another step seeing that steam was coming from the sword from the acid. Luckily it hadn't damaged the sword and another sweep forward with the weapon put it to the ground. She stomped on what she figured was the head and started towards the voice.
"I hope there's SOMEONE in this place.. Maybe she can tell me where I am?"

"I am Human", she answered. "Why do you ask that?, What are you?" she asked a bit more frightened than before, still holding her weapon.

"I'm trying!" Finally Adrian saw a figure in the mist, and slowly walked towards her. She saw it was a blond woman and relaxed.. until she noticed the military uniform. It made her tense up and she gripped the sword a bit tighter but then slowly walked over and smiled. "Um.. Do you know where I am?" She looked at her sword and saw the blood and quickly wiped it off on the corner of her coat. "I was attacked..by.. something.. I don't think it was human.. In fact I wasn't sure if there was anyone in this place, but its so hard to see.."
She walked over very slowly , but didn't want to sheath her sword seeing the woman holding the gun up at her. "I'm sorry..but.. your gun aiming at me is making me nervous. I'm not going to hurt you."

After observing the girl, she put her gun down. "Sorry, is just that I don't know where the heck I am and I'm a bit nervous, it seems this place is abandoned but I just saw a weird man inside a building. I'm sorry for aiming you, is just that I don't know what to do... I'm just looking for some gas, if you like, we can go look for some and I can take you home, or wherever you are aheading to." She sighed. At least I'm not alone she thought.

Adrian sighed in relief and slowly sheathed her sword. "I know what you mean. Alright, we can look for a gas station. I was on a train.. that's how I came here.. But there was no one there when I woke up. Its like they vanished.. So a car to anyplace but here would be welcome. I'm heading East.." Adrian walked over and offered her a hand. "Adrian Dolcetti, at your service." She glanced around and took a deep breath. She already had a horrible feeling about the place, and hoped the two of them wouldn't run into anything else like what she already had seen.

"Riza Hawkeye, glad to meet you Adrian, pretty glad... just for you to know." She said and smiled to the girl. "I see you have a sword, i think it's more helpful than these weapons... swords don't need ammo. Just a strong owner." She started walking through the mist. "I'm going to central, but I guess I can take you to the East Adrian... well..." she said while the biuldings started to show up. "Here it is... this fucking ghost town or whatever... seems pretty lonely, but I'll show you were the man was" she said while walking to the building she shoted the man, she went inside but there was no dead body in the floor, just some coagulated blood. "Shit..."

"That's.. not good is it?" Adrian asked? Looking timidly at the blood stain on the floor. She looked around and pulled open a few drawers. "Well, I found a map.. and some bullets? Maybe they'll fit your gun?" She offered them to Riza. She smiled faintly, "Well your gun will be a lot better if we see anything from a distance like what I saw.. Though I don't even know what THAT is.. " She shivered, then froze up as she could hear footsteps above them, but they were slow and heavy, like someone dragging their feet across the floor.

"yeah! they work for my gun! it's like somebody left them here for me" She said, "You are right... but, since they didn't really kill the thing that I shot, I don't know if they might help..." She sighed and shivered after hearing the footsteps. "Heeear THAT?!" She asked Adrian. Riza loaded her gun. "We should go and see..."

Adrian nodded and waved her forward. "You're the soldier here, I think you should go first. You probably know the steps to take when heading into enemy territory.. And I think that's where we are.. " She of course followed close behind Riza and kept an eye and an ear out all over. Of course, looking out the windows wasn't much of an option, if they weren't completely boarded up , they only revealed the smothering fog.

"Just watch my back ok?"She said and walked forward. She observed the place, it was disgusting, again to feel that horrible rotten flesh smell but she kept walking, after all she had gone to other disgusting places that smelled just like that before but this was completely different. She didn't have her mates on her side, but a girl who she didn't know and in normal situations she wouldn't trust, but there she was, trusting her back to that girl, and protecting her as well.
She started walking upstairs trying to make less noise as possible, still pretty hard considering the building was pretty old, or seemed to be. Once she reached the second floor, she told Adrian. "Watch out... be careful" She didn't want to lose Adrian, and she didn't know her skills but she thought, or forced herself to think she might be good with the sword.
She tried to open a door, but it was locked so she went right to another one, it opened, she sighed and went inside the room, aiming everywhere, to see if someone was there, but it seemed to be empty, the only thing that could be heard was a tv, someone left on, and all they could here was buzzing. "Come, let's see what we can find here, keep your eyes wide open and listen carefully to anything ok?"

Adrian nodded. "Yeah.. will do." She gave her a thumb's up and walked into the room backwards, checking the hall behind them once more before quietly closing the door. "Do you think this is the room where those footsteps came from?" The girl moved slowly into the main room towards the kitchen area and frowned, everything looked dirty and rusty. And there was a horrible thickness to the air, and a smell. Something that was sort of familiar but disgusting at the same time. Like.. old blood.. and rotten meat. But more then that. She covered her mouth, thinking she'd certainly be sick and slowly made her way down towards the bathroom. She reached in and turned on the light, sort of amazed it worked. But she cringed seeing the state of the toilet, it was flooded with something murky that smelled like very old, dirty mop water. "Gah, what is wrong with this place?" She wretched covering her mouth and looked away, then blinked and slowly peaked over again. "There's.. something in there.. I think its a key..?" She stood up straight and blinked a few times at the absurdity of it and turned going back down the hallway. "Oh.. riza...."

Sitting on the roof with his back against a wall, Havoc reloaded his SMG as he heard gunfire and screaming.
"Great, more zombies!"His sarcasm was the only thing he had now. Yesterday he ended up having to shot his last team member, 3 of them wandering round this godforsaken town, the other 4 were sho0t before they turned into zombies.At least he hoped they were dead, he never stayed around long enough to check.
Shoving the small ammo stash into a hole in the wall, he had left many around the town, he made his way to the edge of the roof.
Jumping over the small gap in between the buildings, he crouched his way over to the rooftop door, opening it slowly, noticing it was clear,he entered the hotel.

Riza was checking some papers in a table, there was a yellow paper that had several numbers: 1953, 2954, 3955, 5956, 8957, 7598, 6595, after those, two were erased with a black marker, and then it ended: 3591. She took the paper with the numbers that might be codes for something, took the black marker and went toward Adrian.
A smell like rust could be feel in the place, walls were full of red mould. She walked through the mouldy hall and went to the bathroom. "What's wrong?" She asked her.

Adrian frowned slightly and crouched down and pointed as she held her nose wtih the other hand. "There's something in that water.. like a key.. How are we going to get it?" She looked at her for guidance. She froze up as she thought she heard a door open in the place, but didn't think they could mention it unless necessary.

Riza got closer to the toilet and looked at the water, she sighed and put her hand inside it, taking the key. Ewww she thought, but she wanted the key. "This is disgusting, but perhaps we'll need this somewhere" she said while cleaning the key and her hand in her uniform. More noises... "I think you heard that... we should go and kick those whatever things asses.... by the way I found this" she showed her the yellow paper she found.

"Numbers? This could be addresses, room numbers.. hmm we'll figure it out later.." Adrian put the paper in her pocket and unsheathed her sword as she followed Riza out to check out the noises. She could hear something above them, and something below. "Which way should we go? I .. don't want to split up.."
