Jean made to stop him as he bit her, but couldn't help but blink a few extra times as her wounds healed.
"Thanks."He felt so relieved as he knelt down beside her, checking her now healed wounds.
"S'pose you wouldn't know how to get out of this place?"He figured asking wouldn't hurt."Preferrably a way free of undead bastards."

"I have never left this place" Mytenak said regretfully. "Hissah did know, as he is the one who retrieved Martel and brought her here when she was born. Unfortunately, he is now Basilisk's dinner".

Jean winced at the thought.
"Shame.He probably didn't taste that great either."He didn't know why he threw a joke in there, but it made him feel more at ease.

"Actually, he tasted quite deliscious" Mytenak said, licking his scaley lips. "As for leaving, I hear that there are creatures that can travel between worlds".

Havoc didn't really know how to respond to cannabalism, so he just ignored it.

"Martel can lead you out" Mytenak said. "But be warned. Once you leave this area, I cannot help you. However, I am a friend of one of the creatures- Krakken. He may help you, for a small price".
Martel nodded and began walking back on the path, stepping over monsters and snakes as she did.

"Don't worry. I met Krakken once. He's pretty nice. Granted, he might try and drown you for a few minutes, but other than that, he's a cool guy" Martel said, before coming up to a door. She stared at it for a while. It was too small for Gilgamesh to fit through.

Jean couldn't really see how he was a 'cool guy' but decided to take her word for it.
"He won't fit?"He indicated to Gil and the door.
"Should i take her now?"He asked about Hawkeye as he put his gun on safety.

Suddenly, Gilgamesh began to shake before he shrank. He was now the size of a garter snake.
"I forgot you could do that" Martel said as her gaurdian wrapped himself around her neck.

Jean's jaw fell slightly.
"That you could forget something like that."He picked Hawkeye up easily, hoping she'd wake soon.
"Get the door for me?"

"He only did it once before, when I was three. Kinda easy to forget" Martel said, before pulling the door open. Outside was a seemingly empty field.

Jean shrugs as he walks out.
"Suppose."He eyed the area for any signs of hostility.
"How far is that Krakken guy?"He made the fatal mistake of turning around to face her.
Out of nowhere, violent screams, heavy footsteps and a cackle or two rushed towards his exposed back.
He managed to turn round in time to be knocked off his feet by two of the attackers, fleshy, sickly smelling creatures.
It couldn't even be called humanoid, they had no eyes, just a gaping hole for a mouth, it's limbs oddly shaped and irregular as what Jean thought to be antenna's felt his face.
"Get it the fuck of me!"He screamed, trying to kick them off him and Riza as they started digging sharp claws into his flesh.

Martel suddenly stretched her arm to an impossible length, whacking the creatures off Jean. Once they were all off his body, she twisted her arm around them, tightening her grip as they strangled to death. Once they died, she retracted her arm.
"It's not much farther. You see that lake- he lives under the lake" she explained, walking towards a tiny lake in the middle of the field.

Jean stood up, brushing himself off before grabbing Hawkeye again.
He also pulled out his gun.
"Under it? Like underwater or under the lake?"He strode quickly to catch up with Martel.

"Underwater" Martel said, twisting her arm in a full circle. Once it was back into it's original position, she rubbed Gilgamesh's head. The now small snake hissed in pleasure, licking his master's throat affectionatly.

Jean raised an eyebrow, at her flexibility and the underwater bit.
"I dunno how long you can hold your breath, but my limit's 2 minutes."He suddenly had the urge to stroke Gilgamesh, though he reminded himself that he was on a mission and not at a petting zoo.

"Sorry if that freaked you out. I needed to loosen up a little" she apologized. At his worry about going under water, she smirked. "Don't worry. You'll only actually be under for about a minute. Krakken litterally lives under the lake's water".
