Although Avery seems to be a gentle soul, when it comes to serious matters, he can be very cryptic and protective of himself and others. He knows how to be agressive when the time comes. Physical Description: Avery usually wears his medium length brown hair down. The only times he changes it is when he is going to a party or a special event, where he slicks it back with water or gel. He usually wears a red undershirt, black pants, and a black suit-like jacket. Through his clothes it is obvious that Avery has a slight muscular build. His shoes are usually black boots were are tucked under his elegant pants.
History: Avery's upbringing could be described as a normal one. Both of his parents married at an older age and had a child very late. Sadly, they both died during his teen years leaving Avery alone to take care of himself. From around the age of 16 where he was completely alone. Avery sought to find a profession to pursue. He knew school was not an option so he took a year to search for a calling and when he came upon alchemy he knew he would pursue it. Although he was alone, people in his neighborhood offered to help take care of Avery while he grew into a full adult.
For the next 3 years of his life he studied hard and taught himself how to perform basic transmutations that could help around the neighborhood such as fixing broken items. As he hit age 20 Avery began to open up greatly with his hometown and became known as an alchemist to them. Some even told him to apply for the military so he could become a state alchemist. As of now he is studying even harder and finding a specific form of alchemy to study so he can try his chances at applying for the state alchemist exams. He has even considered finding a master to teach him what his books couldn't about alchemy
--SAMPLE ROLEPLAY--
It was morning and the sun was shining brightly into Avery's room. His room was at the top of the house and most of the sun's energy was focused through his windows and onto his bed, just how he liked it. It was something he really enjoyed; waking up to the bright sun on a beautiful day. As he got dressed he thought of what he was going to do. He set up various appointments to help around people's houses. Fixing things and figuring out how things worked was his favorite thing to do.
The downstairs floor of his home was completely trashed, there were books everywhere, all over the floor, on the coffee table and even on the kitchen counters. It was obvious that Avery was working extra hard trying to prepare himself for when he finds a master to teach him about alchemy. Avery left the house without even making breakfast and head to a neighbor's home. "What a beautiful day", he muttered. The sun was extra strong today and managed to bring out a rainbow-ish color in the windows of his neighbors home. Avery admired everything about the sun's light and the reflections it gives off on ordinary things. Avery walked up to the front door, gave it a few knocks, and waited for his neighbor to answer the door.
