1.) Character Name -- Clara (aka the Phantom Thief Psiren)
2.) Character Bio --
3.) Relationships with people -- (who does this character interact with and how do they interact with them?)
4.) Likes -- Flirting, playing with people's minds, stealing
5.) Dislikes -- being captured, her secret being let out
6.) History of the character -- Not much is known about Psiren, only that she uses cover stories to hide her true identity. For awhile, she was a nurse working at a soon-to-be-demolished hospital, until Ed discovered her secret. Once the hospital was destroyed, she then moved on to be a nun at a convent (which was also going to be demolished). Soon that was demolished, and she became a teacher. It is unknown what happened to her after she escaped.

I finished most of the whole series and the movie. I just have to finish watching the last two or three episodes I missed. I'm also halfway into the Brotherhood series as well.
3.) How far are you into the Manga?
Eh, I skipped around a few chapters, so I don't know much.
