Issac had arrived in Central. His plan to cause as much panic around the town was about to beginning. He had already killed some citizen by freezing him. Standing on top of roof, he held the frozen body over the edge and dropped it. Hoping someone saw it fall, Issac couldn't help but smile. It was time the military got what it deserved, and he was here to give it to them.
