I have read and understand the rules and regulations
Name: Isaac Biquan

Gender: Male
Weight: 175 lbs
Height: 6'0"
Hair: Brown and relatively short, standing at about two inches at it's longest.
Eyes: Green, usually full of hope and eagerness to please.
Personality: Really, he is an all-around nice guy. A new recruit, he hasn't been burdened by some of the sights that the older soldiers talk about. As far as he is concerned, he may have to fight, but he could get through that. He's never seen a friend or relative die gruesomely, or anything like that. One could call him a virgin to pain and death.
He isn't very close to anyone in particular, but he considers himself friends with everyone, in a sense. (This doesn't include the enemy, of course) He's never had any romances, but it's not like he hasn't considered it. He can occasionally be caught daydreaming about any random thing, but will quickly fall in line if called to.
As far as Alchemy is concerned, he dabbles a bit, and can do some basic things. He hasn't experienced the more gruesome sides of Alchemy, such as Chimeras and the like, so he has a bright outlook on it.
