Alias: The Thunderstorm Alchemist
Name: Andy Stevens
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Weight: 136 lbs
Height: 5'9''
Hair: black, short, spiked
Eyes: Icy Blue
Personality: Solemn, dry sense of humor, very determined, and a single-track mind make Andy the perfect soldier. His devotion to both the study of alchemy and the improvement of his body make him a powerful asset to the State. He is considered by many the perfect warrior, as he has no true free will. He follows orders to the T and will not stop until he has reached the goal his commander has put forth for him, no matter how impossible or insurmountable it may seem.
Physical Description: With 136 pounds of muscle stretch only through a 5'9'' figure, he is very tones and muscular. His Icy blue eyes gleam like the mid-day sun before a storm and his short black hair looks wind blown at all times. Proud of his upper body, he often wears his State uniform unbutton and lets the upper portion hang around his waist, leaving him in a tight black sleeveless shirt. He wears the standard black shoes and blue pants as required by the State.
The right side of his neck holds his most notable feature: a transmutation circle tattoo. This allows him to use his powerful Lightening-based alchemy attacks without wasting the time to draw a circle on the ground, however he often draws a second variation on the ground to further increase the power of his attacks.
History: He was born to be a warrior. His birth was planned several generations ago by the State after observing a female and male soldier both exhibit amazing strength on both the physical and alchemy level. They for forced to marry and give birth, giving birth to a boy. That boy was then trained and tutored by the States greatest martial artists and alchemists and then was mated with the States number 1 female agent, giving birth to Andy. He is considered a "pure-breed" alchemist, and takes pride in that.
At the age of 11 he began to study alchemy under the supervision of the States leading psychiatrist. He was nurtured to be ruthless, unthinking, unfeeling, and very obedient. He held that through his childhood, and now into his early adulthood. Upon his official entrance into the State military, he was instantly a State Alchemist, his entire life being counted as service time.
Now 22, he was recently promoted to the rank of Lt. Colonel but still holds true to his nature and follows orders through by himself, instead of tossing them to one of his subordinates

The morning sun rose over the buildings that created a man-made horizon as Andy's alarm clock squalled announcing that it was 06:30 but he ignored the cry as he was currently in the process of his morning exercises. Sweat dripped from his round nose as he raised and lowered his body while struggling to stay in a hand-stand position. In his mind he counted "23....24...twenty....come on...five!" He swung his legs down and stood up, taking deep breathes and wiping the sweat from his brow.
He walked slowly over to his clock and unplugged it. He had orders to be out of town and meet up with Echo company at 13:40 so he quickly jumped into the shower, bathed, brushed his teeth and scuffed his hair up before preparing to shave the stubble his sculpted face had grown. After shaving he dressed himself and proceeded to leave his room at the hotel he was stationed at.
At 10:25 he arrived at the meeting place where he was to meet it Echo company and discuss tactics of battle. He also held in his front trouser pocket a letter from King Bradley himself describing the current situation and his direct orders.
Time clicked away as Andy worked more of his body to pass the time, and then he heard the roar of an engine, tires rolling over gravel. He looked up and there in the distance he could see a convoy that must be Echo company. It was 14:00 and they were early. Not as early as him, but they were early nonetheless. He stood up and dusted himself off and rolled his neck, cracking it.
5 minutes later the entire Echo company was in formation, their commander saluting Andy with a formal "Sir, Echo Company reporting for orders sir!" Andy returned his salute and produced the letter from King Bradly and spoke in his deep, smooth voice just low enough the "grunts" as he called them could not hear him "In this envelope are your orders, Major. Once you reach the checkpoint you are to radio in with your exact coordinates for assistance, weather you deem it necessary or not. Understood?" The Major nodded as a sign of understanding. Andy spoke louder than before "Commander I am here-by taking temporary command of Echo Company." He walked around the Major and stood centered with the formation.
"You are to embark on a mission that will most likely get you killed." He said loudly, "Most of you will be lucky to escape with all of your limbs. Your Commander is an intelligent man and you are in good hands, however I feel he is not fully prepared to lead a company through the purge of an entire city of rouge alchemists. For this reason, upon reaching the checkpoint located 2.3 kilometers away from the city he will be calling for the assistance of myself and 2 other State Alchemists whose identity shall not be revealed. Any questions?" He awaited an answer, expecting nothing.
