Alright, so here are the qualifications all moderators must meet...
1. Have been an ACTIVE member for at least two months prior to applying
2. Must be able to be on at least every other day (everyday is preferred -- but life happens) -- unless stated in the MIA board
3. Must be someone I can count on
4. Must have read the rules and understand them 100%
5. Must be a member of the RP (this goes with ACTIVE member -- but I thought I would throw that in there)
6. Having a background in modding is not a requirement (we all start somewhere) and will not be looked at to top someone over someone else (my decision will be based on you as a member) -- but it doesn't hurt to have experience
7. Must also understand that with power comes responsibility...but you must also understand that this doesn't make you any more special then anyone else on the site (the reason I have waited so long to add moderators is because I didn't want to have people thinking that there is a hierarchy...everyone on this site is an equal.
8. You must understand that you are moderators and not the administrator. So any big decisions to be made must be run by me first.
GLOBAL MODERATOR QUALIFICATIONS (in addition to Moderator qualifications)
1. You must have been an active member for at least six months
2. You must have some moderating experience.
3. You must know the rules and have been helping the current staff enforce them.
Some of these may seem a little obvious...but they must be stated...remember to check back...because I may change a few things...
