Could someone point me in the right direction?

I just signed up and got accepted as Izumi. I read the sidebar info, but could someone help me find the plot?

Unfortunately, we don't have a summary thread for the main roleplay yet, but I'll be glad to help you out.

Izumi hasn't had many handlers, so there isn't much background information you need for her. To my knowledge the only thread she has been involved in is Returning Home in Risembool. I'm pretty sure the bar covers all you should know about that, but feel free to read it over or ask AG if you wish.

The only other major thing I can think of is a meeting Izumi had with Dante. It happened a long time ago, but here's what I can remember: Dante, inhabiting her elderly body, visited Izumi and tried to apologize for being so nasty and cold to her, showing regret for her misanthropic ways. She saw Izumi as a potential threat and wanted to eliminate any suspicions she might have been harboring before jumping. Unfortunately, this didn't work and she had to jump before continuing her efforts.

Two more questions. Is there a thread going on that would make sense for me to join now? Should I make a thread? Should I wait for someone to make a thread that I would fit in?

Also, I read that if you are MIA for more than 2 weeks unnanounced, your character is open for the taking again. Does this mean that I have to log in a minnimun of once ever two weeks, or post something relavant to the plot?

Well as for the Risembool thread, she ran off somewhere...read that thread and you will get an idea as to where she is...it's been awhile so I don't even remember (I have to update the sidebar...I will when I have some time @_@). Ed and Al are not in Risembool anymore, so there is no real reason to keep her there. So moving her would be a good idea (to be honest). It's always easier to join a thread unless there are other people at a standstill.

As for the MIA stuff, I set those rules to keep people active. I post in the MIA board if I don't sign on for more than two days...Don't base your posting on that, please post as often as humanly possible. The character is often revoked if you haven't signed on in more than two weeks...if you don't post in more than two weeks I will put you on watch and give you a couple of days to post again. I am really going to start enforcing the posting rules again. But like I said, don't use that as a posting idea. I want members to post more than that...way more than that. When you get involved in a storyline, other people are depending on you. The announcement board is specifically for letting people know, "look, I really can't be on right now." so people know you are going to be gone and can move your character if needed. If you NEED to be gone for awhile, that's fine, just post in the MIA board and you are fine. People will move your character when needed.

Yeah if I get involved in a storyline I plan on posting pretty often. I was just worried because on other RP sites i have been on, my character was kinda obsolete at times and I had to post some piece-of-junk-out-of-place post to keep from loosing my character. I'll check the Risembool thread and see where to go from there. Thanks
