A politically reformed Amestris, is trying to get its affairs and its economy back in order, but the growing population of Ishbalans isn't exactly going to let them. Once again thrown into Civil-War, the State Military of Amestris employs State qualified Alchemists to try and quell the rebellion, causing more sparks to fly.

As the Civil-War rages, a new villain appears and takes in a vast army of Homunculus that were previously unknown to the world, naming the most powerful ones after those which had caused the events of 100 years earlier.

Meanwhile, the ever discontent citizens of Amestris begin to start their own small factions, Alchemists not employed by the State Military numbering among them.

How will New-Amestris end up? Ruined like Dante had originally planned, the souls of its people trapped inside a little red stone? Or will it succeed in establishing itself in a position of power, and allow the mythical science of Alchemy to continue flourishing? Or maybe a new nation might be formed from its Ashes. The answer depends on you, and your choices.
