Character Name: Roy Mustang

Character Bio: Roy Mustang comes off as a rather shallow character. His goal to become Fuhrer seems to start out as a need to change the women's military uniform to include a miniskirt. He's a state alchemist who controls the element fire using his pyrotex gloves that have an alchemic array on the back. He seems to be a source of constant annoyance for Edward Elric, he makes comments about Ed's height and seems to be a rival.

Relationships:
--- Maes Hughes - Best Friend and colleague. Working amorously to help bring Mustang up to the position of Fuhrer. Being a family man, he puts his wife an daughter above all else. Typically, Maes attempts to give Roy tips on the aspect of life, tips that are usually misinformed personal experiences.
--- Edward Elric - Subordinate State Alchemist, and constant source of Mustang's success. Whatever, the cause may be, Roy puts him in the most difficult situations possible, because he is completely aware of Elric's talent and confidence.

History of the character: He participated in the Ishbal Massacre and it wrought havoc on his young mind. Horrified with his actions he became suicidal. After shooting Winry's parents, he turned the gun onto himself. Marco came by at that time, as he was trying to escape, due to what cruelties he had done during his military times, and tells Roy Mustang not to commit suicide, but instead to focus his desires to getting to a position where he doesn't have to take orders, and then runs away. Hughes knows of this and his vow is to assist Roy in getting to that position, no matter what it takes.

Why do you want to be this character?
Well, mostly because I have most of the aspects of Roy's character personality. As well as knowing totally how he feels about miniskirts.

How far are you into the Anime?
Done, and Episode 4 of Brotherhood, but they are pretty similar anyway.

How far are you into the Manga?
Didn't bother, I have moving frames I can watch now.

Roy had given the reports to Hues shortly after the last of the perpetrates broke what was left of Risembool's social ladder. When he'd first arrived at Eastern, he hadn't realized how much the city had fallen after the priest's disappearance. In Elric's report on the situation he stated that the priest was alive when he'd left the city, yet no one knew the priest's whereabouts. Some had been been making claims that the people of Risembool seen the priest taking shelter inside of the Temple of Leto. Roy believes that his disappearance alone warrants a military search of the city of Risembool, and more specifically the Temple of Leto.

i am not a mod but i believe you were supposed to put your rp sample in third person, like instead of "I" you would say "Roy", instead of "is going to" or "is" you say "went" or "has" its supposed to be like your telling a story, as the narrator not the person it happened to... at least that's what the rules say...
