1.) Character Name -- Alex Louis Armstrong
2.) Character Bio -- Major Alex is a State Alchemist with a huge frame. He usually cry in sad or happy situations depending on how severe and his inability top stop hugging anyone, usually makes it seem that he is weird. He is proud of his muscular physique and strength, which makes him rip off his shirt to show them. Although he can be seen as joking most of the time, he can get very serious when the situation calls for it. He avoids violence, and try to end any conflict peacefully, but, will be very protective of his subordinates, friends and the innocent.
3.) Relationships with people -- Alex mainly interacts with Col. Mustang, Edward, Alphonse and Lt. Hawkeye. They find no problem working with him but, get frustrated when he goes into one of his emotional episodes.
4.) Likes --Working out, showing his muscles, fighting for justice.
5.) Dislikes -- Any person who breaks the law, especially if they murdered someone for no reason.
6.) History of the character -- Armstrong comes from a wealthy family of aristocrats, the Armstrong Family, who are renowned in most professions. Major Armstrong began his military career during the Ishval Civil War as a State Alchemist on the front lines. Though carrying his family heritage and his own sense of duty along with him, the horrors of the Ishval Massacre and the inhumane tasks he was ordered to perform took a negative effect on the young Major. During a mission to box in fleeing Ishvalan civilians for eradication, the Major was ordered to create a containment wall with his alchemical skills so that the regular soldiers could pick them off with rifle fire. As Alex surveyed the unneeded suffering afterwards on his own, he saw a surviving Ishvalan woman and her mother hiding from soldiers and, instead of reporting or executing them, opened up a hole in the wall and told them to escape. Though Alex's conscience was relieved by this act of treasonous mercy, he watched in horror as the two women were killed by the explosion alchemy of Solf J. Kimblee, the Red Lotus Alchemist. Kimblee told Armstrong that he was lucky no one else saw his release of the Ishvalans or else he'd have been court martialed. Tired of the meaningless deaths, Major Armstrong became unable to fulfill his duties, enraging his superior officer - Brigadier General Fessler, who ordered the Strong Arm Alchemist sent away from the field for disobeying orders.

1.) Why do you want to be this character? A part of the extra muscles and ripping of his shirt, everything describes how I really am. Everyone would consider me strange because of the kind emotions I display, but, also I can get very serious when the time comes to it.

Alex, looked around the corner of the Central building. Today was a very special day indeed, although the Furor and Colonel would never agree, he had put everything in place. Quickly walking pass the guards at the door, and saluting back when they first saluted, he looked around to make sure no one was following. Dashing up the stairs, but still looking around every corner, he arrived at the door. As quietly as possible slid into the room and looked out the window. Seeing the desired person, he turned of the light and waited.
Slowly, the door opened and someone stepped in and turned on the light. Immediately, Alex dove from behind the table shouting, " Surprise Colonel Mustang!!! This is an anniversary party, for when you were given your rank." His excited expression turned to surprise and embarrassment, because, there was no Colonel, but Lieutenant Hawkeye, who had a cake on the floor. Looking away with tears swelling in is eyes, he waited for what was coming next.
