Alone At Last {open to Homuncli}

Lust paced the HQ ground for the homonculi, wondering how she was going to smooth things over. Everyone had left, everyone except her that is... She didn't now where Gluttony had gone though... Maybe he's lurking in the shadows somewhere... she thought, comtinuing to pace after a breif rest. Everyone's been dagger and claw with me since i regain those few memories of my past. she though, sighing. Maybe it's me that's changed though. I have to admit, I have been rather more defensive myself. And I a the one that recovered some of my memories she thought, sfinally resting her tired legs as she laid down to rest on it, only to be woken up an hour or so later by none other than. . .

Glottoney, who was watching her in sleep in deep admiration and like any small child poked her.

You awake Lust? he giggled.

She awoke startled at first, but looking up she saw Gluttony. "Oh hello." she said, iping her eyes and strething a bit, before standing up and looking down at him. "Where have you been Gluttony. I never saw you leave, but you weren't where you usually are." Practically crawling up my butt, if you ask me. she thought, with a mental chukle.

Gluttoney twiddled his fingers a bit with his head lowerd.

I was just looking for something to eat was all... I didn't mean to worry you Lust...

Gluttoney would hold his headup just to get a goodlook at her. She was so beautiful, like a princess in a storybook! And Gluttoney smiled a bit and answerdback;

I'll try and tell you before I leave you from now-on. Promise!

Lust laughed. "Not worried, just wondered. You dont have to tell me if you don't want to." she said, patting his head., and walking over to the wall, hitting it with her bare fist{and hard} and keeping it on the wall in the same place, with a frustrated look on her face.

Gluttoney went up to Lust, and could see she was upset.

What's wrong Lust? he said with a whimper and his beady eyes watery with love and confusion.

Lust looked at Gluttony, with sharp, but loving eyes. Even she didn't really know what egged her on so much. Maybe it was nerves, maybe it was the stress from within the group. Maybe it was just her. Lust squatted, so she was eye to eye with Gluttony. "Don't wory your ittle head about it." she said, and smiled, standing up again and lookng around. I hope they get here soon. I'd love to rip into Greed and tear out his living heart. she thoigh, her eyes sharp and feirce now, no sign of love in them as shelooked at the door he and a few others left earlier. It seemed they never had the full group together anymore.

[Envy]

The door swungs open, and Envy comes in. He jumps on a crate, and sits on it. He looks around in confusion. *Is this all? I need to speak to Dante, where is she?*

Lust glared at Envy. "I don't know, but when's the last time I cared anyway?" she said, looking in the other direction.

[Envy]

He looks at her coldly. *You should care, Lust! What's with you anyway? Did you follow the Full Metal?*

[lustsxxxpride]

"What reason would I have to follow him?" she yelled back, getting right up in his face now, and completely avioding the first question.

[Envy]

*And you call me the one, that forgets the orders!* Envy snaps back at her. *You know that the Full Metal kid is one of the potential Philosopher's stone creators!* He stares at her coldly. *So you did not follow him?*

"I know that. And of course I didn't follow him." she lied. She was particularly good at that. She looked him straight in the eyes, never wavering in her words, or her glare. If Envy were smart enough, he would try to read through her expression, but Lust didn't ever consider Envy that type.

[Envy]

Endy didn't bother to check her words if they are backed with truth. He never doubted her, but now she suprised him. *You didn't follow him?* he asked quietely. Then he shouted: *So waht were you doing all the time? Wasn't following the Full Metal your mission?* Now he started to doubt her. What's with her? She never questioned orders before... he thought to himself.

"When have you known me to betray orders, Envy. Whose to say I just haven't quite gotten to it just yet?" she explained, calmly. "I will, only a bit later. I was planning on going out to find him right after you entruded upon me." she said, sitting next to him. "I can't be doing this all the time anymore. I've been feeling weaker all the time." she confessed to him. "Even as I sit here, I can feel some of my energy drift away from, as if it were being drained from me. . ." she said, letting the set in the air around them.

[Envy]

*Feeling weaker, are you?* asked Envy in suprise. Then he narrowed his eyes. *There is only one thing that weakens us, and I don't think that this is the case.* He stared in her eyes, hoping to find truth in there. *Are you hiding something, Lust?*

"No. . ." she said, unsure of anything at the moment. "I'm not hiding anything at all." she said, once again recalling her memories. Damn. . . she thought, her eyes watering as she stared at the ground.

[Envy]

He stared at her for a long time. *You feelings are betraying you?* he mocked her. *You never have never spoken like this before.* He paused for a while, staring at her so hard, it seemed, that he want's to pierce his eyes to hers. *Where is Full Metal kid now? He is your care, you know!*

"Not betraying Envy. I'm not hiding anything. . . It's just. . . I don't know. . . I'll go find him. . . Last I saw he was head torward some Tucker guy's house." she mumbled, stepping down and headin torwards the door. When she got to it, without turning around, she said, "Not one word, Envy. I don't want any talk of this happening." she said, waiting for a response.

[Envy]

*Not one word? What are you planning, Lust?* Said Envy, as he stepped beside her. *Don't forget, you are bounded; we are bounded to this one fate. Go on then and do your task.* He turned and walked back to the room.
