Hair: Pitch black, thick and unkempt. Some of it drapes over his face.
Eyes: Red from a birth , his pupil runs a thin line into his iris.
Personality: Andras tends to see other humans as inferiority due to what he calls "their ant like behavior". Since he sees himself as superior to almost everyone around him he rarely partakes in social interaction, and when he does it's often for a hidden motive. He has an harsh and dogmatic approach to dealing with obstacles and is beyond ruthless in achieving them. His goals stem from a superiority complex and an overall disdain for human life. He is cruel and sadistic in his dealings with others and justifies it with the simple fact that his goals are much more important than theirs therefore he's better than them.
Appearance: Andras' hair is long black and mostly unkempt. Some of it drapes over his face occasionally covering one of his red eyes. He wears a black trench coat over leather pants and dress shoes. Under the trench coat he wears a white dress shirt under a red vest. His instrument and sheet music is carried in the case on his back. He's arguably fair skinned and an average height for his age.
History: Andras was born in Drachma to a traveling pair of street performers. Eventually the group "migrated" to Amestris and Andras grew up watching his parents perform in the streets for money. He soon grew to despise other human beings for their lack of humanitarian motivation and indifference. And he also grew to hate his parents for their shameless mentality and "inadequacy". One day while his parents where performing on a street corner of central they where threatened with arrest for disturbing the peace but refused to comply. This resulted in a standoff between his parents (who unknown to him up to that point possessed alchemical ability) and several state alchemists. His parents where shortly killed and their physical remains where destroyed by the successive explosions. When Andras returned after fleeing the site all he was left with was his mother's violin.
Abilities: Andras has limited combative ability but his abilities mainly focus around his "music". After having his mother's violin restored he discovered it had a transmutation circle engraved onto the back of it. With this he developed a technique he refers to as "perfect pitch". By activating the transmutation circle on the violin and then playing a note Andras can effectively magnify the power and frequency of the sound range. He uses this to knock back objects in front of him, defend himself and even uses the higher notes to "slice" through objects. His masterpiece is written on a treasured piece of sheet music once belonging to his father.

"Look at them, walking back and forth. Like ants-no. Not ants, ants know who they serve. Humans don't and probably never will. But the important thing is that they think they do. because that's what keeps "society" in place." At least that's what his father said. But Andras couldn't possibly disagree, it was true. Humans where no better than any beast of the field, they simply thought they where. To him civilization was nothing more than a pyramid scheme. A pyramid where rationing devices where used to reach the top. But humans would never know this, after all they where at the bottom of the pyramid. And who could see someone standing at the top from way down there? Andras sighed as he turned his attention to gaze up at the moon. It was amazing how people could be affected by things they couldn't always see...and could probably never touch. he contemplated this further as he as he unzipped the case containing his "Black Queen". It was a reasonably fitting name. The violin did have an unusually black finish and belonged to a very...important woman in his life. He stared down coldly at the citizens of central as he began to play Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata. Not a soul would dare interrupt his concert.

1. Your OC must have flaws - Superiority complex and a horrid past.
2. Your OC must not be a Homunculus - Human.
3. Your OC may be in love with a canon character, but you may not say the feelings are mutual - No relationships.
4. An OC cannot be related to a canon character. - Isn't.
5. No Video Game Canons. - That's dumb, cool, but dumb. So no hes original.
6. Your OC must use an array to perform alchemy, but feel free to be creative.

7. You may play a canon in addition to your OC (people who are already playing canons must keep their current character as a temp or a second permanent character. If you fail to play that character then your OC will be taken away.) - I play Dante.
8. In order to be accepted, your OC must be approved by THREE of the FIVE staff members. - Can't dispute this.
9. All weapons and powers must fit into the FullMetal Alchemist world. No demonic powers nor any special weapons (e.g. Inuyasha's Tetsusaiga) - A violin isn't THAT special. Ok it is but it isn't demonic. Ok it is but it isn't THAT demonic pfft.
10. Your character may have arrays tattooed on their body, but it may only be on one part of the body (i.e. hands, feet, one arm, one leg, etc.) - No body parts one on the instrument.
11. All alchemy powers must be original. No copying canon character powers (e.g. only Scar can blow people's brains up and only Kimblee can turn people into bombs) - Original.
12. The military may have swords. However, when on duty, they may not use their swords. They must use military weaponry. - Not in the military and he'd never join!
13. Alchemy MUST be with a physical element and must fit within alchemy laws. (I didn't think I had to put this since everyone has seen the show and it's a rule of the show) - Sound waves are tangible.

(Not to be rude but I must vehemently disagree with you. According to the show itself something doesn't have to be "physical" to be transmuted, in 2003 anime ed sacrificed his body and Al's memories of their time together to bring him back. in brotherhood he exchanges the gate of truth. But this is not the point. Andras manipulates "sound" by increasing the vibrations of the air particle begins vibrated by the strings on his violin. And I believe air is a physical element...energy is also tangible i.e turning mechanical energy into electrical energy vice versa. But it's the air hes manipulating not the "sound waves." As for the sociopath thing, He doesn't stay in any one place he's rather nomadic. And just because he sees humans as inferior doesn't mean his relationships with them aren't bound to change. If no sociopaths/psychopaths ever changed psychologists would have no jobs. And as for the geography issue...well i didn't study the map too well. )
(Haha, I just noticed that it'd be impossible for him to be playing moonlight sonata on that side of the gate because Beethoven would be from the parallel side. xD )
