---Character Information---
1.) Character Name -- 2nd Lt. Jean Havoc
2.) Character Bio -- Havoc is a self-professed country boy, the son of two shop-keepers. He's somewhat simple and not much of a hard thinker, but makes up for it with honesty, hard work, common sense and the simple need to do what's right. Though not intelligent in the academic sense his skill in the battlefield makes him a force to be reckoned with. He is also very much the romantic, treating any girl he dates like she was a princess, but thanks to a long string of bad luck he always loses any potential love interests before long. According to his friends, he smells like an ashtray, but will hide his smoking habits around women he is dating. He has a grounded-yet-sarcastic personality.
3.) Relationships with people -- The people Havoc is closest to is Col. Mustang, Fury, Valman and Breda. He's fond of the Elric brothers, but thinks Risa Hawkeye is scary, though he respects her. He fondly calls Mustang "Chief."
4.) Likes -- Women, cigarettes, big boobs
5.) Dislikes -- paperwork, having his intelligence questioned, disloyalty
6.) History of the character -- Havoc doesn't have a very unusual past unlike many of his comrades; he is of french-equivalent descent, and grew up in the Eastern countryside helping his parents run their shop. He entered the military when he was old enough and quickly grew to be one of Mustang's most trusted subordinates thanks to his loyalty, resourcefulness in the battlefield, and general Havoc-ness.

Havoc took a long final drag from his cigarette, dropped the butt on the ground and stamped it out, mentally berating himself for not bringing an extra pack with him. Unfortunately, he was stuck here at his post until...Well, he didn't know when he would be released. When he saw something suspicious he supposed, but that could take a while.
It was a warm night, with a slight breeze blowing the scent of car-fumes and the chirps of crickets past him. He adjusted his gun restlessly; he had been waiting here over five hours. Across the road from the clock-tower he was currently perched in was a pharmacy that specialised in medicinal alchemy, but recently suspicious activity had been reported, as well as several sightings of human transmutation. He and Fury had been stationed here to watch the store overnight, since the reports had been placed at night-time, but the blonde lieutenant was seriously starting to believe it was just another of the many rumours that central had to hear about every day.
Beside him, Sgt. Fury was asleep, snoring lightly against the wall, his gun in safety mode lying up against a wooden crate. Havoc yawned and checked his watch, then reached over to shake his friend's shoulder.
"Oi Fury, wake up. It's your switch."
