What you're asking me to make, is a circle that replicates the effect of the tattoo on Scar's arm, which is an incomplete Alchemical equation that stops at the destruction phase. This is against the rules for OC's.

Alright, thanks for the information, I'll try and figure something else out. I thought the circle would have different effects, but I can see that it resembles Scars ability too much. Just give me a while, and I'll think of something new.
