---Character Information---
1.) Character Name: The Slicer aka 48
2.) Character Bio:
Nummer 48 was once a pair of serial killers known as The Slicer, everyone thought that they were only one person but when they got caught it was revealed that there was was two of them.
They were sentence to death but was given a chance to live on as guardians for Laboratory 5, but the catch was that had their souls ripped out of their bodies and bounded to a suit of armor.
48 aka The Slicer doesn’t really mind being a suit of armor, since they get to have eternal life and kill anyone who comes along, pretty good deal if your a murderer.
Slicer has a very strange code of honor. He would hate anyone that betrayed his honor, and would most likely seek revenge against that person.
3.) Relationships with people:
Barry the Chopper aka 66: Is Slicer’s colleage in guarding Laboratory 5.
Slicer doesn’t really have any other relations than Barry, since they “live” and work in Laboratory 5 and don’t come out at all, and in life Slicer was a serial killer so didn’t get any relations there eighter.
4.) Likes: The older brother (the head) loves cats and, much like Alphonse, tends to hide them in his suit of armor. In contrast, the younger brother (the body) likes dogs and often gets into arguments with his brother over which is better - cats or dogs.
Likes it when a victim can put up a good fight.
5.) Dislikes: Slicer hates when his victims die too fast and too easely.
6.) History of the character:
The Slicer Brothers are a pair of serial killers who become one of the guardians of Laboratory 5 under the joint alias of Number 48. On the day they were supposed to be executed, they instead became victims of the the fifth laboratory's horrid human experiments involving the removal of souls from the bodies of nearby Central Prison's death row inmates. They had their souls bound to a single suit of armor by way of a pair of blood runes (one in the helm and one in the armor's neck piece) and were assigned to kill any intruders at the laboratory. Prior to their official "execution" about two years before the start of the series, they were known about the country of Amestris as the infamous serial killer "Slicer" who, when finally captured, was discovered to have been a pair of murdering brothers.
The younger brother, whose soul resides in the suit of armor's body, is proficient with a katana. The brothers, as Number 48, confront Edward Elric when the young state alchemist breaks into Laboratory 5 on a secret investigation. Initially, Edward believes that there is only one soul in the armor, as he only sees the older brother's blood rune, located in the helmet. When he is finally able to separate the helmet from the rest of the armor, he thinks he has won the fight, is surprised to see the body keep on fighting on its own. By this point, the battle fatigue, blood loss, and his right arm unable to move (which he believed to be from damage, however it is revealed that Winry just forgot to put an important screw into the automail) from the first part of the fight necessitates that Edward resort to Scar's method of partial transmutation to defeat the younger brother.
The Slicer Brothers, despite having been serial killers in adulthood and juvenile criminals as children, seem to have a sort code of honor as indicated by both brothers eventually pointing out to Edward the location of their blood runes during combat. They also wish for Edward Elric to take their lives after being defeated, but Edward refuses to kill them on the grounds that they are living human beings. Though they no longer consider their lives human or of any value, they are amused when Edward continues to refer to them as living human beings, and offer to answer some of his questions.

1.) Why do you want to be this character?
(I’m just gonna refer to Slicer as he/him because it’s easier that way) That he’s not really a bad guy nor good, he’s just true to himself.
He’s a killer and that’s what he does, doesn’t matter way or who just as long as he get’s to kill.
And that he’s still some-what a honorable at heart, since he’s willing to tell Ed everthing if he’s able to beat him (acording to the 2003 anime) or just because Ed treats him as a real person (acording to the 2009 anime).
Also I like him because he’s the first person you meet in the anime that also has had his soul grafted to a suit of armor like Alphonse Elric.
2.) How far are you into the Anime? I’ve seen the entire first series, and I’m just about half way through Brotherhood.
3.) How far are you into the Manga? Havn’t read it, I don’t read mangas.

Slicer was sitting in the guard room of Labotory 5 when someone triggered the alarm, he turne don the monitores to see who and where they were.
He saw that their was someone in the yard and one inside the building, Slicer then turned to the other guard of Labotory 5 and said:
“66 you go take care of the one outside and I’ll the one inside.” They whent to their apointed targets on the way Slicer started to himself or so it would seem:
“Well little brother looks like we finally got ourselves some guests” but then another voice came from Slicer’s torso:
“Yes big brother, let us just hope that this one won’t be a disappointment like the last one!” it would seem that was more to Slicer than meets the eye. what he didn’t know; was that he would get his toughest fight ever and that this particular fight will be his last one....
