Many things wrong here.

1) You the app is in the post twice.

2) I believe that you saying you and Winry became friends should be considered an extension of the following rule:

3. Your OC may be in love with a canon character, but you may not say the feelings are mutual

Because this character can be RPed by another person, it seems unfair to the other player to assume friendship, they should have a say in it.
