Picture: (Couldn't find one that resembled the character perfectly.)
Alias: The Mental Alchemist
Name: Hunter Karma
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Rank: Colonel
Weight: 90 pounds (not including automail arms)
Height: 5'0 (ft)
Hair: Light Ash Brown
Eyes: Yellow/Green
Personality: Hunter is lazy, outgoing, and seems to be a carefree dreamer. Unfortunately, she's not actually as lighthearted as she may appear. Her constant smiles hide shame, guilt, and the desire to forget her past. Hunter is deeply effected by all kinds of music, and tends to add a soundtrack to her life, where ever she goes. She also uses music as a sort of substitute for alcohol.
Physical Description: Hunter has bright yellow green eyes, and middle length ash brown hair that's usually pulled into a loose, messy braid. Hunter is very petite for her age, people often mistake her for a younger child. She's also very boyish, and goes to extreme lengths to not look like a girl (from dressing in men's clothes to strapping herself down), and she's often mistaken for a man. She wears an eyepatch over her right eye and has a tattoo on her back that says "ano hi mita sora akane iro no sora o nee kimi wa oboeteimasu ka" which means "the sky we saw that say, the crimson sky, do you remember?". She also has very lightweight automail arms (made by the Rockbells).
History: She's been doing alchemy since she could read, and is fascinated by the human brain and how it works. When she was 7, she heard of the Elrics. Determined to meet them, she enrolled in the military. They accepted her mainly because her talents are unique, and she's very skilled for her age. When she turned 13, her father was murdered, and cut up into tiny pieces. She tried to perform human transmutation. She cut off both her arms, and pulled out one of her eyes as exchange, but she passed out from loss of blood before she could touch the circle. Because of the way the amount of blood that was spilled mentally scarred her, she often passes out around large amounts of gore. While the military was investigating her father's death, she met Roy Mustang, and began to see him as a sort of role model.
Alchemic Power: Hunter is called the Mental Alchemist for a reason. She manipulates the chemicals in the brain that cause emotions. Just like alchemists that deal with flame manipulate the components in the air, she manipulates the components and chemicals in the brain. She can cause people to love, hate, or even lose all emotion. To do this, she uses circles etched into the backs of her metal hands.
Weapons and Gear: Hunter usually carries around a 357 Revolver, but rarely uses it. She hates spilling blood. Hunter is usually found in her military outfit, but when she's not wearing that she wears cargo pants and a tank top or sweater.
Flaws: Hunter has many flaws. She has a lazy attitude, a huge appetite, and an awful smoking habit. But her biggest flaw would have to be her inability to understand human compassion. Being an alchemist who deals with emotions, one might think that she would understand. However, she doesn't. She sees emotions as chemicals and nothing more.

Hunter groaned as she attached her arms. The pain rushed through her body like ice, so cold that it burned. But she was used to it. The sounds of electric beats and violin blasted in her ears as she walked out of her dorm.
"Here we go again..." She murmured, in a barely audible voice. As she reached the door to the streets, she pulled her jacket off her waist, onto her metallic arms, as she lit her cigarette. A single streetlamp flickered on and off, and she leaned against the cold brick of the side of the building.
"Hello." A voice whispered from the darkness. "I didn't think you'd come."
"I had no reason not to." Hunter said. The voice emerged from the shadows, and attached to it was a woman probably about 5 years older than her. "What did you need? Are you an alchemist, a woman of the military?" She leaned back, eyebrows raised at the girl.
"I just wanted to know, do you have a girlfriend?"
Hunter laughed. "Oh my gosh I am so sorry I totally didn't think you were going to be like THAT!!! I'm a girl, miss."
"B-but-"
"Sorry. If that's all you wanted, then I should get going." Hunter turned to leave, but the woman grabbed her shoulder. "I swear I'm not like that I just thought... You know. I'm sorry."
"No problem."
And with that said, the woman ran off, just as the streetlight flickered off. Hunter took a puff on her cigarette and headed back indoors.
