Ed stayed silent, he fought back the tears as he heard Al speak to Elysia. He stood up, walked to a window and looked out into the sky. Tucker, why would you do such a horrible thing? he thought to himself, wishing in his head that Tucker would answer.

"Um, brother," He reached his armored hand to Edward worried, "maybe we should go see Maes or Colonel Mustang or Riza?" He suggested. "Nii-san?"

Without looking at Al he sighed and stated, "I think they are still in Lior..." He turned to his brother and smiled. "No need to be worried...I'm...fine." He fought with the words making them come out as real as he could make them. But they weren't, they were far from real.

"But brother," He was still worried. He knew Edward was just being stubborn. It was just his nature but he was strong and Alphonse knew that. He didn't know if there was anything to say at the moment.

Ed looked at his younger brother. He hated seeing his brother worry so much. "Al, if we worry about it...it will only hurt more...we just have to tell the colonel or the first lt. when they get back. That's all we can do for now." He told his younger brother, "Unless we head for Lior now...I am not sure what is going on there...but we could maybe help." He suggested.

Gracia offered the boys a comforting smile. "I'm sure Maes, Roy, Riza, and the others will be glad for your help. Have a safe trip, boys".
Elysia stood up and hugged Ed and Al in turn. She looked at Ed and said, "Make sure to tell everyone I said Hello". Then she looked at Al telling him, "Don't forget about the picture Al, kay?"

He nodded in agreement with his brother. "Okay and I won't Elysia." He told her. "Thank you for having us here Mrs. Hughes." He replied graciously.

Ed nodded and started out the door. "Alright Al, let's get to the train station...and we will be in Lior in no time." He said in a shaky voice. He was still so upset about what happened, but he needed to keep going. He needed to step forward and live through it, for Al.

"Yes Nii-san." He could tell Edward was starting to sound more like himself so Alphonse was a little less worried. "Maybe we can stop by and see Rose-san in Lior as well." He suggested.

Once the boys were gone Gracia looked at Elysia and asked, "Elysia, do you want to go for a walk?"
The little girl smiled and nodded happily. She grabbed her mother's hand and pulled her away from the house and into town. Gracia just smiled at her daughter.
