This is a work in progress. I want to add on more and complete the requirements.

Alias: The Fossil Alchemist, Dusty. (She got her alias due to her alchemy related to bones and the constant appearance of dirt on her person.)
Name: Lillium Kinshi
Age: 17
Gender: Female
Weight: 46 kg
Height: 5 ft 3
Hair: Black.
Eyes: Baby blue.
Personality: Lillium is, at first impression, carefree. She always has a huge smile on her face, and sometimes talks about things completely unrelated to the topic. However, if you get to know Lillium well enough, you'll see that she is actually responsible when she needs to be, although easily distracted. Lillium has small tendencies to over-think things, causing her to have small moments of depression or doubt. She is easily cheered up, however, by words of encouragement.
Physical Description: Many people mistake Lillium for a boy at first impression, due to her skinny body hidden underneath her clothes. Her Caucasian skin is very slightly tanned, giving her a pale complexion. She has short, scruffy black hair that reachers her shoulders, usually put up into a small ponytail, with her bangs covering her eyebrows. Lillium is usually seen wearing a large black hoodie that reaches her knees. When taken off, such as in hot weather, she is revealed to be wearing a turqoise shirt with gray shorts. Lillium sports a transmutation array on her right thigh, and is usually seen with a trace of dirt or ink on her face, which hides the spray of freckles across her nose. She usually wears simple black tennis shoes.
It should be known that Lillium doesn't care about her physical appearance. She also doesn't care if people mistake her for a male, but corrects them just to clear the air.
History: Lillum came from a small family, with two older siblings. As most younger siblings in a family, she hated being treated as the baby, and would sometimes try to act grown-up. Her parents worked as medical assistants in a small hospital. Lillium, trying to gain her parents attention, pored over medical textbooks. Eventually, she learned the human bodies functions and organ locations. Lillium's efforts were in vain, however, since her brother and sister became doctors before her and gained most of their parents attention. She got so fed up with this that she swore she would triumph over her siblings and become a State Alchemist. It was a silly reason, but she stuck to her promise. Deciding to work with what she knew best, she decided her alchemy would be based off the human body, mostly the skeletal structure.
Other:
Lillium's alchemy is largely based on the human body. When in contact with another human, she can contort or bend the shape of their bones, causing them to either splinter, puncture organs, or tear out of the skin. She can only do this for about ten minutes before losing stamina. A favorite trick of hers is transmuting the marrow inside of the bones to nitroglycerin, causing their body extreme agony and hopefully downing the enemy.
--SAMPLE ROLEPLAY--
"Ugh..it's so hooot.." Lillium groaned, shading her eyes with her hand. Looking up at the sky, she murmured to herself. "Not a cloud in the sky..fantastic.." Suddenly, her foot caught on the edge of a large rock, causing her to go sprawling into the sand. Quickly sitting up and spitting the granules of sand out of her mouth, she muttered under her breath, "And they ask me why I'm always dirty.." Quickly straightening up and brushing the offending material off her hoodie, she took a look at her surroundings. "Okay..dirt..dirt..boulder..Pathway!" Her eyes lighting up, Lillium made a mad dash for the evident path carved into the packed dirt.

1. Your OC must have flaws
Lillium has many flaws once you get to know her. She trips over her own feet, can be very timid, sometimes messes up on her alchemy, and is easily distracted.
2. Your OC must not be a Homunculus
Lillium is human.
3. Your OC may be in love with a canon character, but you may not say the feelings are mutual
She doesn't love any canon characters. She does, however, have strong feelings towards another State Alchemist (Other Oc) She enjoys being around Sheska, seeing as they both share an interest in books, and is envious of Edward Elric, since she always hears stories of his travels.
4. An OC cannot be related to a canon character.
She isn't related to any canon characters.
5. No Video Game Canons.

6. Your OC must use an array to perform alchemy, but feel free to be creative.

9. All weapons and powers must fit into the FullMetal Alchemist world. No demonic powers nor any special weapons (e.g. Inuyasha's Tetsusaiga)
She carries around a small silver dagger attached to her belt, but that's about it. Also, to use her alchemy, she must be touching the person she wants to use it on. Someone who was nimble on their feet could easily avoid her attack.
10. Your character may have arrays tattooed on their body, but it may only be on one part of the body (i.e. hands, feet, one arm, one leg, etc.)
She has a transmutation array tattooed on her right thigh, and that's it.
11. All alchemy powers must be original. No copying canon character powers (e.g. only Scar can blow people's brains up and only Kimblee can turn people into bombs)
I haven't really noticed any characters in the anime/manga that use their victims bones to kill them. If I managed to miss them, please alert me and I'll change her ability.
12. The military may have swords. However, when on duty, they may not use their swords. They must use military weaponry.
She doesn't like carrying around guns, as she sees them as bad luck. She has had a total of two, as the first one she had was 'accidently' dropped into a lake.
13. Alchemy MUST be with a physical element and must fit within alchemy laws. (I didn't think I had to put this since everyone has seen the show and it's a rule of the show)
She needs her enemies bones to perform alchemy. Without an enemy, there is no alchemy~
