Personality: Mizu is very outgoing. Whenever there's a frown, she's the one to get them smiling again. Even with her horrible history she keeps the Eric's smiling.
Physical Description: With Mizus ever ending smile, everyone asks about her family. She ignores most of the questions, leaving them confused.
History: Mizu had two very loving parents, but she lost them in a house fire. She just wanted to see them again, so she drew the circle. Trying to bring them back she lost her arm, with nothing in return. She escaped the fire, leaving it to burn. She made her way to the Rockbell household. She was fitted to automail with no charge, they gave her a home. With nothing in return. She met the Elric brothers and they all became friends. When they left to get their body's back, she began to study Alchemy as well. She trained with Teacher and soon became a State Alchemist. She met back up with the two brothers, who found out about her water bending skill, and to travel with them.

I don't think I am... She can put the water out of the air, freeze it, can use a water source and she can also pull the water of a human body. (She can, but she doesn't.)
12. The military may have swords. However, when on duty, they may not use their swords. They must use military weaponry.

13. Alchemy MUST be with a physical element and must fit within alchemy laws. (I didn't think I had to put this since everyone has seen the show and it's a rule of the show)
