Ed rolled his eyes. He didn't want his brother to see his reaction, however, he also didn't like the idea of Al carting around a little kitten. Oh well... he thought, it makes him happy... Ed continued as he began to smile. He stood up, "I'll tell you what. I will go to the kitchen car and see if they have some scraps. If they ask why, I will tell them it is for when we get off the train." He offered to his little brother.

"That sounds like a great idea brother!" He would smile happily if he could on his armored face but he could not. He still held chibi within his armor and wondered if Edward was either on a good mood or he just finally gave in to his little brother's own cat obsession.

Ed nodded to his brother and began walking to the kitchen car. He had walked through a few cars to get to it, but he did. "Excuse me..." he said softly to one of the chefs.
The big man looked to Ed, "What is it half-pint?" He asked.
Ed's face changed from a polite smile to one of rage. He glared at the chef, "WHO YOU CALLING HALF-PINT YOU GORILLA?" He screamed. After his outburst he noticed the who car was looking at him. He cleared his throat, "I was wondering, if you had a few scraps. My brother has a cat...and when we get off we would like to give him a treat for being away for so long." He partially lied.
The chef was a little freaked out at this young man's recent outburst. He seemed to think that the blond kid was perhaps not all right in the head. "Well, sure now!" He belted out hoping Ed wasn't going to scream at him again. He walked over and grabbed a few meat scraps and handed them to Ed. "Here ya go little man!" He said with a smile and a pat on the back.
Ed tried not to yell again, but the thought of being called little was painful, "I AM NOT LITTLE!" He screamed again. He turned from the cooks and walked back through the train to his little brother.
When Ed reached his seat he handed the scraps to Al, "Here..." he huffed as he sat down. It was still obvious he was angry about the whole short fiasco in the other car. He looked out the window and watched as the landscape rushed passed him. He let out a little sigh as he went into deep thought.

He knew his older brother was angry about something. "Um, brother, did something happen?" He asked cautiously a little worried that someone might've said something wrong by accident.

Ed looked at his brother, he forced a smile, "Nope, all is well, Al...no worries!" He exclaimed shallowly to his brother.

He was sure something happen but left it as he waited for the train to reach its destination. "Brother, do you think that Lior is close now?" He asked. Finally a little more serious after dealing with the matter of Chibi the cat.

Ed looked around, "We should be there soon...we've been on this train a long time..." He said. He peaked his head out the window to see if he could at least see Lior on the horizon, which he did. "Yup, there it is!" He exclaimed. Then he noticed that there was smoke and looked like there was chaos. Oh no... he thought.

"What is it brother?" He was confused since his brother seemed to have found it. He was worried that something bad would be happening when they were to arrive there. But, the Elric Brothers always pulled through for each other, right?

Ed sat in his chair again, "Things must have heated up in Lior..." He said in a somber tone. "Let's just hope everyone is alright." He said.
The train stopped, a man's voice came over the intercom. "We will not be able to proceed to the next stop due to all of the chaos. Please accept our apologies but we must turn around." Said a deep voice. The train started moving again.
Ed jumped up, "We have to get off of this train!" He called out to his brother. He started making his way to an exit. "The train isn't moving too fast...we can still jump Al!" He informed his younger brother.

It was a little reckless which suited to who Alphonse's brother was but at the time, there really was no other choice. He nodded to his brother. "Yeah, but we need to hurry before the train starts to speed up again brother!" He said slightly in a hurry to maybe do something to help the apparent chaos in Lior. He wanted--no-- he needed to help all those people in Lior. To try to do something before too many people got hurt.

Ed heard people getting up to try and stop him. He also heard the cries behind him.
"Don't do it!" They shouted to him.
Ed needed to get off of this train. He opened a hatch and looked outside of it. "I have to jump!" He shouted to his brother over the wind that rushed out of the train. He worried though, the train had picked up speed and he wasn't sure if it was going to fast yet. He held his breath and jumped onto the desert sand, hoping his brother would follow and be safe.

He nodded to his brother. "Right!" He followed after his brother and quickly jumped off the train hoping that his brother would be okay. Since Alphonse had his soul bound to armor, he didn't feel anything. He hoped his brother wouldn't be hurt as they jumped from the train.
