The military have arrived

*Cease fire! Cease fire!* shouted the man with the magaphone. His face appeared in the window opposide of Fuhrer Bradley, his expression showed anger and hate. *No it is not you, Fuhrer, who will dictate conditions! This is our land! If you wish for war, you will have to fight for every street for every house! None shall surrender to you. LIORIANS! FIGHT FOR YOUR HOMELAND!*

Shooting erupted again through the square. A group of Liorians armed with sub-machine guns charged onto the square, making their way across it right to the Fuhrer, following their leader, who was waving the flag of Lior as he ran to certain death.

((Rose is located in the Cathedral of Leto in the west side of the city))

Ed dodged Wrath's attack, "These are my limbs. Just like the ones you parade around in!" He snapped at the child as he swung his arm again. He needed to hurry this along, and he knew it. He needed to find Rose and save her from the dangers that were going on in Lior. Al, find Rose...and soon... He thought as he watched his arm gliding through the air toward that little homoculus.

Rose,
Rose stood in the church and looked out the window, the fighting was getting worse. She didnt know who was friend or foe anymore. She looked at Isto, he looked as nervous as her. She would give anything to see at least one familar face, and even more importantly to see the face of Father Cornello.

He took a step forward towards Rose. *Darling, you will have to stay here. I must go with my men outside to check the situation. Don't worry, nothing will happen to me.* He hugged her, and kissed her, and a tear fell from his eye. When their lips broke, he shispered to her. *I love you. You know that. And only Leto knows how much I love you.*

((And only Leto knows how much I missed this soup opera! XD ))

((Envy you are back! You should come bust Wrath for disobeying or something. Otherwise this fight between us two may drag on a while. Oh by the way. who is Isto? I haven't read much of whats been going on here previously, in this thread.))
Wrath was knocked on his back once agiain by Ed's arm.Out of the corner of Wrath's eye he spotted a gun that had been accidentally left there by one of the military personal who had been roaming around there. He quickly grabbed it and transmuted the gun to his arm. He then smiled evilly at Ed as he stood up. "They may be yours now but they will be mine very shortly." With that he began shooting at Ed with his gun hand.

Al:
Al tried to think of the places that Rose may be at and then it dawned on him that she would probably be at the church, so he headed there.
When he arived there, he entered through the main door and began looking for her. "Rose? Rose are you here? Rose?" Al called out hoping to get answer.

((Isto is a character that Envy and Havoc [Rose] created awhile back. If I am not mistaken Isto is to be the father of Rose's baby...right?))

Ed saw a bullet flying right for his face. He held his automail arm up to block it. It ricocheted off his arm and flew off into the distance. He knew this was bad news. He had to get that gun away from the child, and fast. "Grr." He thought as he looked around. Trying to figure something out. Maybe one of the military would see him in trouble and help. It was then when he found a car. He ran to the other side hoping that would shield him from the bullets. Damn this kid! He thought to himself.

((He is a captain of the Liorian religious militia, and one of the men, responsible for Father Cornello-sama's safety. And yes, he is da father already ))

"Oh whats this? Edward Elric the famous Full Metal Alchemist hiding like a 'little' chicken. Why don't you come out and fight like the man you claim to be." Wrath said in a cocky tone as he continued to shoot in Ed's direction, hitting the car.

Ed sad behind the car trying to think of a way to get the child to leave, or at least fight back with a bigger and better gun. Ed then realized that the car seemed to be in working condition. He dove into the driver's seat and hot wired the old car. "Great!" He said as he started driving directly toward Wrath.

Wrath's eyes's grew big. "What the hell! You're crazy!" he yelled at Ed as he got out of the way of the car at the last second tumbling to the ground. As the car sped past him, Wrath aimed his gun at the tires and began shooting

Ed felt the back left tire go out in the car. He knew that the car would not be able to continue going much longer so he slowed it down and dove out the window again. He saw a gun on the ground and grabbed it. "Now, let's fight fire with fire!" He said as he started shooting at the child.

"Damn it." Wrath cursed to himself as he ran around the corner to dodge the bullets. He wasn't expecting Ed to find a gun also.
Wrath then saw a pile of wooden boxes at the end of the alley. They made the perfect place to hide behind and still shoot. Wrath dashed behind the boxes aiming his gun and waited for Ed to come around the corner.

Rose,
Rose watched as Isto went out the back door of the church, she didnt want him to go and do something stupid but she knew he had to lead the other Liorians to defeat who ever was attacking them. As Isto figure disappeared into the hot desert, Rose gently shut the door. She turned around and hear what she thought was someone calling her name from the main alter, she ran towards it and saw Al standing near the doorway. 'Al' she shouted down 'What are you doing here?'

Ed glared at the little homunculus as he ran around the corner, "Look who's scared now!" He yelled as he followed the childlike Wrath. He was expecting a surprise attack, so he decided to be cautious as he turned the corner. He took off his red jacket and grabbed a long stick. This should give away his position... he thought as he put his coat on the stick. He made the coat visible around the corner hoping that Wrath would start shooting at it.

Wrath saw the red coat and was about to shoot but then he stopped himself looking closer seeing a small part of the stick. Damn he is trying to trick me and I almost fell for it. Wrath stood still as possible not too give away his position.

Ed sat and waited for a minute, when he realized that Wrath was not falling for his little trick he realized he needed a new one. He pulled back his coat and sat down trying to think of a new trick. I am not going to be dumb enough to walk into his trap... he thought to himself.

Wrath was getting impatient waiting for Ed to make his move but he knew the moment he moved Ed would shoot at him. And Ed having more control over his gun then Wrath having with his arm gun, put him at a disadvantage. Come on Full Metal, make your move.

Ed continued to think. How can I lure him into the open? Then it hit him, I need to find Rose, if I leave now the kid will wait there and I will just never come around the corner. Once I know Rose is safe I can come back and pummel the kid. He thought as he puffed out his chest thinking he was so smart. He put his coat back on and ran in the direction of Al. He kept his gun at his side, just in case the kid smartened up and followed him.

((Oh nice move. Didn't think of that.))

Wrath waited a few moments but he couldn't take it any longer.. Forget hiding, I like head on head better. I will just sneak around the corner and get him by surprise. So thats exactly what he did except to his surprise Ed wasn't there and he ended up shooting at nothing.
"Damn it! Where the hell did you go, Full Metal!" Wrath yelled angrily.

Ed continued to search for Al and Rose, hoping they were both still alright. He dodged bullets and explosions. This was not a good place to be. He started to regret coming out this way. Al...Rose...if you are not ok, then I will never forgive myself... he thought to himself with a glare on his face.
