Arden took the pine needle from Kimblee. She then looked at his with her infamous, "innocent" look for a few moment. Then she jabbed the pointed leaf straight into his eye.

Having normal human reflexes, his eyelid blinked before it could actually go into his eyeball. He grabbed her hand and gave it a smack. "Bad choice, doll. I'm too big to mess with." He stood to his feet and glared at Martel, "You really need to give these kids an ass beating. Consider yourself lucky that alchemy's useless here."
He gave her an unpleasant grin. "Lock their doors tight now." He removed a pocket knife and began cleaning under his nails.

"You do realize if you touch them, you go straight to prison, right?" Martel asked, raising an eyebrow. However, she did walk over, picking up Arden. It wasn't really for any reason, other than the fact that the toddler was staring at the knife Kimblee held. She then walked back to the house, grabbing hold of Nikolai's hand so he'd come inside as well.

He walked around the side of the house and plopped down in a lawn chair. Yeah, right... he thought. Only if I get caught. Which reminded him of a stupid show he'd seen on TV one boring night in Vegas when the Black Jack tables had cleaned him out. Caught on Tape
He grinned and closed his eyes. Yes indeed... he thought, Electricity can fry a mans bacon....and it can fry a man. He continued smiling to himself as he lit up a cigarette, blowing the smoke out slowly and closing his eyes.

((No, they're in a different one I think. And Barry's just freaked to death at the moment, so I doubt he'd want to piss off the paramedics. He apparently had a rather traumatizing experience with a doctor once, so he doesn't trust people in white that much xD))

Time skip to a month later perhaps?
People in the hospital can be in recovery still or just getting out, or in Envy's case, escaping xD
(I higly doubt he'd let them wheel him off to the slammer =p)
