Appearence: Deven is rather lean and is and decently tall.His skin is tan and on the top of his hands are his transmutation circles that he had tatooed on. His hair is kept messy like he just got out of bed. He wears the normal blue uniform of the military but tends to keep his jacket open to show off his black shirt underneath and he wears a black belt for his pants and black shoes. His pocket watch is kept on the chain to his pants pocket.Because he needs water to use his Alchemy he carries a pistol hidden on him just in case there is no water to use,
Personality: Deven is what people whould call the shy guy in the group. He has a hard time making friends because most of the time he is by himself not really getting close to anybody. All he really even does is just go do assignments that his superiors give him and finish them and come back.In his speech he is just annoyingly politeful when talking to people. Deven even tough he is shy is still a military dog and has no objection to killing somebody if he is told to do it but in some rare cases he will disregard the rules and bring that person into custody and let them handle it.When it comes to the other gender it is almost pathetic to each him but it is very funny to everybody else.
History:Born into the middle class he had a very normal life since his father was a military dog he grew not very well liked by other kids his age.His father was a Alchemist that used Ice and was of decent rank but during the Isbal rebillion he was killed on the front lines because he didn't have any materials to use his Alchemy and was quicly killed.When he grew up he decided with his mother's blessing to join the military.Since his father tought his Alchemy when he was alive it was easy for him to pass the test to join the military.Deven quickly went up the ranks because he did all the military's dirty jobs but he eventually stopped going up in the military mostly because he lacked leadership skills and overall people skills so now he simply just follows the rules.
