It had been quite awhile since Kaiser had been in Central, it was nice to see that not much had changed. Kaiser had gotten off the train only 45 minutes ago and had just gotten to his new room in the barracks, it was just spacious enough and it didn't look all that bad. "Hmmmmm not bad" he thought to himself as he dropped his suitcase and took a look around the room.
" I wonder if she is here...hmmmm" he thought again, she being a certain Riza Hawkeye, who he'd had his eye on for quite a while, but had so far been extremely unsuccessful in even talking to her, it was slightly pathetic in Kaiser's mind. "Well, i'm back!"
