Alright, hello. I'm a new person looking over this site, and from the looks of it, I might join! ^_^ However, there's a question because I don't see any of these character types yet:

Custom Characters.

Nay or yay? I don't know if they're allowed here, as I haven't seen any customs yet.

The staff members are currently discussing rules for making OCs.
