As they had been moving onwards Dorochette had followed in silence. When the stench came back and worse than ever he pinched his nose. This was even worse than the labs. As later on the unnatural high scream sounded he shivered unconciously and clapped his hands over his ears. "That's bloody worse than a dog whistle." He mumbled. Why did everything always had to be all so loud. As the entered the room he winced in disgust. "This is disgusting." He muttered. He didn't so much meant the mix of smell of rotten organs flesh, tenticals, human and animal smell but who had made it. It was utterly disgusting and repulsive that someone would even think of something like this leave along make it. Comparing to what this creature had to be going through the labs suddenly seemed a lot brighter to the human chimera. "Sick." He muttered again as Envy started slashing through and the dog chimera decided to hold his hands over his ears (he expected some more high inhuman screams at the brutal dismembring) instead of pinching his nose. He really did pitty the creature, what ever it was supposed to be exacly. If this was what the weird lady liked to make to pass her time and keep as a pet this was promising to be a 'unique' expierence for them.

Martel felt disgusted as they walked through the area, Envy happily dismembering...whatever this thing was. She couldn't help but think he looked a little too happy to be covered in blood. "To be honest" she said to Dorochet, "I think this place makes those damned labs a goddamn paradise".

Dorochette nodded in silence. "Yeah I know." He agreed. "Poor thing." He added as he grimaced at what Envy was doing. "It's hell compared to the labs."

"What exactly do you think this thing is?" the snake chimera asked her companian. It seemed unlikely that he would know, but she felt the need to ask him. Better to talk to Dorochet then to focus on either Envy's slashing or the horrid smell.
Sloth meanwhile, made sure to keep a few feet away from Envy in order to avoid being splattered with blood. "You seem to be enjoying yourself" she said with a small smirk to Envy.

"In all honesty....it smells like the chimera's at the lab that...well didn't work out, the failures. It slightly smells like beasts and all but the stench is making me noucious. And the weird noise, I swear it's worse than a dog whistle." The other chimera answered a tad doubtful. "But no matter what it is I pitty it, cause I would really not like to be in it's place."

Dante watched silently as her son chopped his way through the chimera that was blocking the path, trying as hard as she could to ignore the horrible screams of pain that were coming from the wounded creature. At first she wanted to scold him for making such a mess, but she decided against it, realizing that this way would be much safer for the babies.
After he finished slicing through its flesh, she looked back at the others. "I apologize for the delay. Let's get moving, we have no time to waste."
Leading them through the mass of torn, bloody flesh, she soon reached a cliff overlooking a deep pit. They had reached the second pit that she led Envy through earlier, but it looked like they were in a much lower part. In front of them was an even larger mass of flesh and tentacles that seemed to extend all the way to the top of the area.
She sighed when she realized where they were. This was easily the room she hated most in the facility. The presence of her chimera was so great that she could not put stairs in, so she had to transmute the webbing it secreted into makeshift ramps for them to walk on. Walking up to the long piece of webbing that connected the chimera to the cliff, she placed her foot on it, relieved to find that it was still sturdy. "We'll be climbing the chimera to reach the next area, so watch your step."
After warning them, she made her way up the web and stepped onto the chimera. Across from them was a gaping, circular mouth lined with numerous fangs. Sticking out from it was a massive black tongue, which the creature was lashing about violently. Ignoring the horrible mouth, she looked to her left and saw another ramp made of webbing. "This way."

Martel made sure to keep well out of the creature's way as she followed Dante and Sloth. The Gluttony she knew had voiced a desire to eat her before. And this one seemed even stupider than him. If she got too close, she'd likely be devoured.

Dorochette looked like he was gonna be sick by now. The smell was atrocious and his sensitive nose made it only worse, the same applied to the screams. "I suddenly feel the happiest ex-experiment ever on this planet for not being that creature." He mumbled as he started to climb after Martel.

"Indeed, you should consider yourself lucky. The suffering you experienced in Laboratory Five is nothing compared to what my chimera is going through."
Dante chuckled suspiciously as she led them up another ramp, quite proud of herself. When they reached the next level of the monster, she took a right turn and started walking up the next ramp. Seeing a massive chunk of flesh protruding from the wall directly above them, she realized that they were almost finished climbing the beast.
Carefully walking up the webbing, she kept her eyes on the path ahead of her. "Believe it or not, this chimera is almost exactly the same as you. It too has a human base, but because I modified its genes during its creation, its body is expanding at a phenomenal rate."
She then reached a large mass of webbing that connected them to the cave wall. Sticking out of the wall was part of the chimera, and a large hole was cut into its flesh. "Unfortunately, we have to pass through the chimera to get to the next area," she said, looking back at them. "The smell will be much worse inside, so prepare yourselves."

"And when will it stop growing" Martel asked, unsure if she really wanted to know the answer. Hearing that the smell would be even worse and that they'd be walking through this beast almost made her shudder.
Oddly enough, Sloth actually seemed a bit disgusted at the idea of walking inside of this strange chimera. She made have no soul, but it didn't mean she didn't take some pride in her appearance. Not to mention the current smell was already getting to her. That and the babies in her arms kept trying to reach out and touch the chimera, meaning the homunculus had to constantly keep an eye on them.

"This is sick." Dorochette mumbled really starting to feel nocious by the smell. "You are sick. Utterly crazy sick woman." He commented as he pinched his nose. "That's a living being, you can't go do something this unhuman to it." He said disgusted by the entire thing.

"This chimera is suffering for a good cause," Dante answered him simply, completely unbothered by his insults.
She led them through the fleshy opening and into the innards of the chimera. Thanks to her alchemy it resembled a normal room, but it was composed of pulsating flesh and protruding veins. As she had warned them, the stench was much worse and there was bile all over the place. Darkness filled the organic room, and it was much thicker than it was on the outside.
As she walked through the chimera, she reflected on what she had told Dorochet. In her mind the chimera was suffering for a noble cause. Being the guardian of humanity was a difficult job, and some of her servants were beginning to rebel. She needed a tool to keep them all in line. According to her twisted logic, she was helping the world by keeping her legion in order. If she had to torture a few children to ensure that, then so be it.
"The science behind this is actually quite interesting. I want the final product to be as vicious as possible, so I am torturing it in the most painful ways imaginable. When I kill the chimer and perform human transmutation on it, the malice its experiencing now will become instinctive to its homunculus," she explained to them, pushing aside a mass of tentacles that was blocking their path.
She walked up a flight of stairs that she had transmuted from its flesh earlier. "At first I had considered using a criminal as the human base for the chimera, but I realized that it would be better to find a core that would easily show emotion when tortured, a core with a pure heart that would easily succumb to hatred and despair..."
Dante glanced back at them. "I couldn't believe I hadn't thought of it sooner. Looking back at Doctor Tucker's research, I realized that children were the ideal cores for chimeras. In reality, this chimera is a seven-year-old girl."

"What the fuck?" Martel asked, sounding as though she didn't want to believe it. But, of course she did. Dante was cruel and insane enough to try something like this. "What did you do? Kidnap a little girl in the middle of the night? Or did you have one of your fucking lackeys do it for you?" the snake chimera questioned Dante bitterly.

The dog chimera held his nose tightly pinche shut at the stench. "Good cause? As if." He grunted. "You are sick. Gross and utterly sick sick sick." He repeated. There were no better words to discribe this.

Dante sighed and shook her head, turning into another living room. "So few people are truly able to appreciate what I'm trying to do.."
After a few more minutes of walking they finally reached the exit. Stepping through the door, she led them to another strip of webbing that led to a makeshift laboratory. As they walked up the ramp, they could see several tables covered with bloody white sheets lining the walls. Beneath the sheets were large forms that seemed to be breathing slightly.
It was the room where she stored the prototypes she planned on sending into battle against Greed. She and Envy had been here a few days ago, so at last she had finally reached a familiar area.
"We're almost there," she told them, leading them to a small staircase at the end of the room. At the bottom of the stairs was a large door covered with locks and chains.

Sloth smirked slightly. "Don't mind them, master" she told Dante, "After all, they are still partially human, so of course they wouldn't understand". The homunculus frowned when Ariana tried to touch a long thin piece of tissue hanging from the inside of the monsterous chimera. "Stop that, child" the water-based homunculus scolded, giving the newborn a slight flick on the arm.
"She has a name" Martel hissed, already close to attacking Sloth, as well as Dante. Right now everything they did made her more pissed off than the thing before.

Envy looked back to Sloth and chuckled. "I haven't had this much fun in quite a while. You sure you don't wanna try it?".
When the group had to climb the chimera, Envy turned into a bird and hovered over the chimera so that he didn't have to step in it and risk losing his footing or stepping in one of the many random stray mouths of the creature. Due to being in bird form, he wasn't giving much thought to the conversation due to being unable to communicate.
Upon having to go inside the creatuer instead of climbing up it, Envy turned back to normal. He listened to the conversation for a while longer until he joined back in on it. "Look. I'm not exactly estatic about this whole thing either, but we've gone way too far to go back now. There's barely anything left of the girl, as if that wasn't already obvious. I doubt it'd be possible to get her out of this -thing-. . .The beast has long devoured its core. What I was slicing at before was mindless meat, nothing more."

"I don't want to know." The dog chimera muttered. "I do so really do not even want to know that stuff." He repeated as he grimaced at the thought and the stence.

Dante undid the chains and moved them aside. Unlocking the door, she led them into a pitch black room that separated them from the chimera. It was only moderately chilly when she and Envy were last inside, but now it was so cold that there were icicles forming on the ceiling. Ignoring the freezing air blowing past her, she made her way deeper into the room.
The cold air blew out the candle, but it didn't matter. They were all ready at their destination. And their rooms were not far off, so she would be able to get them there through the darkness.
"Your rooms are a little further down," she told them as she stopped at a large door. "Before I take you to them, I thought you would like to see my work."
Opening the door, she led them inside a bright bedroom. When she had last shown Envy the girl, she was still in human form, and only the lower half of her body was transformed. Now she was a stretched out, barely human cadvaver that was fused with a mass of flesh attatched to the wall. The bed that she was previously resting in was gone, and the umbilical cord that attached her to the monster had become so large that it made a huge hole in the floor.
The girl was crying and screaming in agony, rotten flesh falling from her face every time she opened her mouth. The gigantic head below her waist watched the visitors with its bug-like eyes, looking like it wanted to eat them.
"So, what do you think?" Dante asked, turning to them.

Martel jumped back slightly, not expecting that. She was expecting something disgusting but this went way beyond her imagination. "You're sick to do this to a kid" she said, looking at Dante in slight horror.
"Master, I mean no disrespect, but may I take the children elsewhere? I believe the new Gluttony's cries are disturbing them" Sloth said, her point being made by the twins screaming their lungs off in terror.
