Dorochette growled as he clapped his hands over his ears again in pain. Those screams where way too loud. He looked at the kid for a moment with a mingled expression of disgust and pitty. However the screams where really starting too make him go deaf so he slipped out of the room again quicly trying to spare his ears as much as possibl.

Envy twitched considerably in disbelief upon having come back to see Gluttony once more. . .It wasn't how disgusting the sight was, no. He could deal with that just fine. . .It was because of the much more preferable sight he'd seen the child in before. He didn't actually say anything or show his disgust beyond the twitching, not wanting to express it, keeping it bottled up inside himself.
The child had been screwed over utterly like he was with no choice in the matter. While she'd actually had a few years of normal life before this, Envy's slavery was nothing compared to the endless torture she'd gone through and what she was being turned into. Envy tried to convince himself that the host would be dead before long and her suffering ended, and that the beast would entirely overcome her, but he wasn't sure.
Envy turned to Dante briefly, stopping his twitching and pretending to act as his usual self. "How long will it take until the rotten human core is finally wiped out entirely?" he asked Dante. It sounded like something perfectly normal for him to say due to his disgust about humans. He doubted anyone else would give it much thought as to why he was asking.

Dorochette on the meanwhile was standing out side the room again. The smell and the cries were just a bit too much. It was disgusting yes but that wasn't what bothered him so much but his senses were just to sharp to stand this.

Dante glanced at her servant, frowning when she saw that the newborns were crying hysterically. "Yes, that would be best. Put them in the room next to this one for now. You can take them up to the mansion once the others are settled in."
She turned back to her monstrous creation, smiling at the pure agony on its face. When she last visited the girl, she was still somewhat human and retained most of her mind. Now that the conditioning was almost complete, she was close to submitting herself to her rapidly expanding body. Soon it would be time to kill her and perform the human transmutation so she could start working on modifying its genes. The sooner her new homunculus was finished, the better.
Hearing her son, she kept her eyes on the chimera. After staying silent for a few moments, she finally spoke up: "The human core will not be wiped out until I kill the chimera, which will be in about two weeks. I need to test the prototype models for the homunculus in battle before I move on to the next phase of the project. Until then, I will be torturing the core without mercy, putting it through horrors that would reduce even the most accomplished soldiers to sniveling cowards."
She then made her way to a dresser at the other end of the room. Opening it, she pulled out a small container of needles and a large knife. "I'm afraid that concludes our tour. Envy, would you be a dear and escort them to their rooms? I need to start removing her skin."

Sloth noded and carried the newborn into the next room. To be perfectly honest, she just wanted to put them down so she wouldn't have to handle them at the moment. Despite how she was with Wrath, there was a difference between a child who could care for himself more or less, and two infants who needed almost constant caring for.

"I'll leave you to what you do best." Envy chuckled at Dante, then turned back to Martel and Dorochette, coming over to them. "You heard her. That's our que. For whatever reason, you lot are gonna get to live through this. . .Consider yourselves lucky.". Envy motioned Martel and Dorochette to come along with him. He only looked back to see if they were following occassionally, as he knew that without him they'd never get out of the place.
Envy hurried along to catch up with Sloth. "Seeing master wants the chimeras alive, one of us is gonna need to stay here and babysit 'em, and unless you've got something incredibly important to do, that's gonna be you. Got that? That said, I could keep you company for a bit. It would get awfully lonely having to stay with such fools."

Martel followed Envy's lead, only because she didn't want to be stuck in the room with this thing. True, it had once been a little girl, but now....she didn't even want to think about it.
"I'll have to see at least Martel every few hours anyway" Sloth said, pausing on her way to open the door when Envy approached her.

While Envy didn't quite understand what Sloth was talking about, he was never one to question a good thing. If she was willing to stay behind and watch over the chimeras, so be it. Envy turned back to Martel and Dorochette again. "You wanna be left behind in this hellhole? Move faster!"
Envy wanted to go faster to force them to run through the dark in an attempt to keep up, but he still had to get Sloth out, who would have problems with that due to having to watch over the babies. Thus he went at a relatively normal pace to get the group back out onto the surface.
Upon emerging in the mansion, Envy motioned Sloth off. "Can you make those useless whelps stop crying? Get em somewhere I can't hear 'em.". Envy quickly went off to block the exit of the mansion from the chimeras after they came out from the underground. "Don't get any thoughts about getting out of here. I can't let you out of our. . .protection what with all you've seen. If you try to escape, you won't be dealing with imprisonment. I won't hesitate to kill you.". Envy chuckled. "You've already seen how insane I am back inside the chimera. I'll enjoy it. So go on, try to escape. That'd make my day.". Envy grimaced.

"They should be fine now that we aren't with Master's chimera" Sloth said, smiling slightly as her theory was proven right. Almost immediately after entering the mansion, the babies had ceased their wailing.
Martel looke visably angry, but decided to keep herself calm, at least for the moment. She knew that trying to escape would definitely killed. Especially now, seeing how she definitely wasn't in top condition. Instead, she decided to voice a question to the homunculus. "What do you have against us exactly?" she asked him, completely unsure of exactly why.

Envy was relieved as the babies finally ceased their crying. He was never fond of children, although he never quite realized how much he detested them until Wrath came along. Still, all babies were this way. They were too stupid to know any better, so he held no grudge for now.
Envy slumped against a wall as Martel spoke to him. "Pfft. Do you really need to ask a guy like me that? If I really need reasons, let's see. . .You obviously hate me, not that I blame you.". Envy paused, then came closer to Martel, out of Sloth's hearing range. "Enough bull shit. You want the real reason? You serve Greed, who's done everything I ever wanted and actually gotten away with it through dumb luck."

When they finally got out of the room with the huge wannabe Gluttony chimera thingy Dorochette took his hands of his ears in releave. As Envy started to state the situation he listened in silence. Well this sounded promissing alright. As he saw Envy moving closer to Martel, Dorochette quickly made sure that he staid right beside her. Just in case. When Envy started to state his reasons though he couldn't help but be surprised at the last part. "If you want to get away from here yourself I don't see what is stopping you." He couldn't help but say. After all the homonculus had a quite impressive shapeshifting ability and he didn't seemed to be the type to take shit from no-one.

Envy sighed. ”Yeah. I probably could. But you underestimate Dante. She could possibly find me somehow or create something that could. I’ve already waited a good 400 years. I can wait another generation or so until she finally dies off. I’m not taking any risks.”. Envy didn’t know why he was telling the chimeras this. . .Perhaps just to get it off his chest. He’d been thinking of what to do about the situation for quite a while now, so it was good to talk about it with –someone-, even if they were people that probably wanted to rip out his guts and stomp on them.

Dorochette had to admit he was quite surprised to actually recieve and answer and not some rude snapping and threats. So he listened in silence...wait... "400 years?" He questioned. "Damn and I thought mister Greed was old." Even if the chimera's weren't quite normal themselves and they had been through a lot of amazing things with Greed those homonculus kept having one or other surprising thing each time again.

"And why couldn't you just get rid of her?" Martel asked, keeping her voice low. She wasn't really sure why she was being so cautious. Sloth had already left, and besides that, the female homunculus hadn't seemed at all interested in Envy and the chimeras discussion.

Envy was keeping his voice down simply due to his being paranoid. He wasn't gonna blow everything over a little conversation. He chuckled slightly at the comment. "Good to see you have some confidence in me, heh. Maybe I could, but it's doubtful. You do know how your precious Greed got imprisoned in the first place, right? An assination attempt gone horribly wrong. While I could potentially screw Dante over entirely, I'm not an idiot like him. More likely then not, it'd be a suicide mission.".
"You really need to stop underestimating her. . .I've seen her rise to power first hand. I was the idiot who willingly helped her to get as powerful as she is. Of course after I help her rise up, I wanna leave her service. Go fucking figure.".
Envy wasn't even so much talking to the chimeras as he was just ranting and thinking out loud. It wasn't like they could do anything that mattered.

Dorochette looked at Martel for a moment. This was most certainly new. Usualy people who wanted to kill you weren't that open hearted to you. But than again usualy you didn't met 400 year old supposidly dead psychopaths, or you weren't mixed with animal DNA so he was open minded enough. "Sounds promising." Dorochette muttered to himself. Yep seemed like they got a nice score on the trouble record ending up here with the creepy old hag.

Martel sighed a little, before looking back to Envy. "You mind if I go to bed?" she asked him. In reality the only reason she was asking him was so she could figure out exactly where she was supposed to sleep.

Envy got rather annoyed upon the chimeras being seemingly uninterested in his "life story". Then again, what should he expect? What had he intended to accomplish by telling them about it? A part of him wanted to try to cut to the chase and try to either kill Dante or flee, and it was hoping the chimeras might've been able to convince it to take action.
Still, even if they would've tried, Envy's reasoning far outprioritzed all his other courses of thought. While it was extremely unlikely that Dante would ever be able to find him if he fled and there was a good chance he could assinate his master, Envy didn't want to take the chance. Was he a coward? Far from it. He just simply feared Dante far too much then was healthy for him. She was an all powerful god as far as he was concerned.
Envy sighed at Martel. "Relax, you can have a room. Not like I'm gonna make you sleep with -it-.". Envy casually pointed out a room with a pair of beds, taking care to select one without a window. That would just be begging for the chimeras to try to escape. "All yours. Enjoy your stay.". Envy bowed and smirked in a mocking fashion.

The snake chimera nodded, doing so in a way that seemed mocking on it's own. She then went into the room and chose one of the beds. Almost as soon as she was on the bed, she closed her eyes. She wasn't going to fall asleep right away, but she knew she wouldn't be awake for long.

“Ow thanks, I feel home already.” Dorochette said equally mocking as he looked at the room. Damn it, no windows. Well at least Envy did have a point, they could have been sleeping with the other chimera thing, which Dorochette would have, with all the respect to a somewhat kind of fellow chimera, found a true nightmare. For multiple reasons, like the cruel though of the chimera, the horrible smell and not to mention tentacles who he didn’t trusted either. So while feeling somewhat relieved he followed Martel to the room. Once they were both inside he closed the door behind them and looked at Martel. He walked over to her bed and sat on the floor beside it. “How are you feeling?” He asked gently, concern obvious in his voice.
