Anthras knew that sometimes the boy liked to travel alone but also that he needed help that me military wouldn't give him. Anthras didn't feel that he owed the military any kind of secret silence. "please, i am alone and have been for some years. I long for friendship... will you have me?"

Ed looked at Anthras irritatedly, the last thing he wanted was someone to tag along on their journey. It was bad enough when Winry followed them. Though, if the major wanted this man to follow them, then he would have to agree to it. Ed simply nodded and turned to his brother, "Are you ready?" He asked.
Haley had finally also located the Elric brothers, but she saw Anthras with them, so she decided to stay back for a few more minutes before approaching them. She had no idea who this Anthras was, and she didn't want to find out.

Anthras nodded his acceptance. he knew it wouldn't be long before he could prove his worth to the boys. "you wont regret your decision. it may save your life, on occasion." picking up his sword from the ground he strapped it against his back again and drew his hood up. his albino skin couldn't take much more sunlight after his romp through the desert. it was no wonder that Ed didn't recognize him as an Isballan, even though his build was bigger than almost Alex's.

There had been silence for a long moment, a silence that Alphonse was unsure of, it wasn’t a bad thing...to have a few moments of quiet, but since Edward was rarely quiet, he was a little curious as to why he had said so little. It seemed that the silence was not to last however as the younger boy turned his attention to where Edward was looking and his gaze fell upon the man that seemed to be making a beeline for them. He didn’t know if he was friendly or not, but the younger boy always tried his best to assume that people had good intentions...unless they showed otherwise, but he was hoping this man had no ill intentions to speak of.
As it happened there was nothing to fear from this man and for that much Alphonse was grateful, there had already been so many things happening today...that frankly he was hoping the rest of the day would be somewhat uneventful, but that was never likely to happen. Alphonse watched the sword clatter to the ground and looked back at the man, somewhat glad that he could not show expression at this point. So the major had sent him? The younger boy was somewhat surprised at that, but then, major Armstrong did have the habit of worrying too much, something Alphonse found endearing, it was nice to know that people cared about them, but sometimes it was a burden to. “Uh...yeah.....” he said in reply to his brother, noting that he didn’t seem to pleased about having Anthras tag along....Alphonse on the other hand, wasn’t really sure if he minded or not. “But...we have to see Winry first remember?...I sort of promised her we wouldn’t leave without saying goodbye brother”.

Ed nodded, "Alright, let's get to her house then." He said to his brother as he turned and headed in the direction of Winry's house.
As he approached the house, he called out for her, "Winry! Get out here! Al and I have to leave!"

The little girl heard a voice..... she saw two shaping.... "hmh... what i do now??...I think it's better i do nothing... maybe they don't see me".....she went back from the door and waited what would happen.......

Tai ran faster as Hallow made his way farther ahead of him. The fact that he was without a doubt an alledged criminal with ties to a once disbanded terrorist group, combined with the fact that he had Tia's right ARM, compelled him to catch up. He pumped his legs and swung his remaining arm out to gain more speed and momentum, not taking his eyes off the man's filthy cloak.
"Get back here!" he demanded.
Then the man unsheathed his sword, cutting off the piece of cloth the mechaincal arm clung to, causing it to hit the ground and lay there motionless. Immideiately Tai bent over and snatched it up without a hint of slowing down. He ignored the pain in his chest form running so fast for so long and reattached his fake limp. Luckily it was a replacement prostetic, otherwise the rejoining of the nerves would've slowed him down from the sudden pain.
He followed his target across most of the town until they reached the outsakirts, not too far off form the Rockbell home. Tai stood as Hallow waited for him, both out of breath. Or at least Tai was. He wiped beads of sweat form his brow and calmed his breathing down somewhat before speaking, his chest heaving slihgtly.
"You're... cornered," he choked out, finally managing to get his second wind. "Nowehere else to run! Those caves are sealed off and dangerous, you won't being going in there."
Actually he expected this man to do just that. If he truely wanted ot escape, he'd go inside the abandoned foothills.

Winry heard Edward's voice and walked out to the balcony. "Already?!" she yelled down. "You just got here!" she said. She was actually disappointed, because she knew she wouldn't see them for a long time again, that is if she didn't decide to go see them. "Do you want me to do a quick check up?" she said a lil less annoyed sounding.

Lan took a quick glance backwards after slicing off the portion of his coat that the disembodied automail arm had grabbed onto, just in time to see Tai scoop up the arm. It seemed that even missing one wasn't going to slow the boy down. After that, he didn't slow down. He simply followed the trail, eventually going past a house with a sign that said "Rockbell Automail", though he didn't pay it any heed. He didn't slow down until he finally found himself at a dead end, staring at a rock face, with Tai still following.
"Dammit," he cursed, looking up the sheer cliffs as he skidded to a stop. It looked like his luck was running out. He whirled around in time to see Tai catching up, blocking off his exit as he stopped to catch his breath.
"You're... cornered," he gasped. "Nowehere else to run! Those caves are sealed off and dangerous, you won't being going in there." Caves? Lan glanced to the side, and, out of the corner of his eye, saw an opening he had originally missed, blocked off with boards, as Tai had said. Just the fact that Tai talked about it made Lan wonder if he had intended to drive him in there and corner him all along, but it didn't matter. It looked like it was going to be his only manner of escape. Not replying, he ran to the opening, kicked and hacked the boards out of his way, and took off inside.
The main problem with trying to run in a cave is that it's dark. It was like running while blind and someone decided to throw you in a maze full of twists, turns, and rocks. After the first time of hitting a wall, he walked a little more slowly, sheathing his sword and reaching out with both hands. Somehow, he found his way around twists and turns, and while he knew he was succeeding in getting himself more lost, he hoped that he was getting Tai lost, too. Provided he had followed him in.
After what seemed like a long while, the tunnel opened up into a larger room. By this time, Lan was severely out of breath and rattled from the complete darkness. Not sure of what else to do besides sit and wait for when he thought Tai might give up the search, he found a wall and set down, resting his back against the cool stone. He closed his eyes, which weren't of much use anyway, and simply listened.

The little girl observed the szene... she decieded to went to the house again when the two strange guys there are gone..... so she waited until then.....

Zaeri walked down a dirt road, she really didn't know what this town was, she didn't remember. She looked around. It looked so familiar. She started to run, just because she could use the excersise.

Ed nodded, "Yeah...if you don't mind." He answered back to his friend. He knew it couldn't hurt, he was a military dog who got into a lot of fights and ended up destroying his automail. He walked up to where Winry had been calling to them. "I know you're disappointed, but it's business." He explained to her as kindly as he could.

Alphonse was pleased to say the least that he could keep his promise to Winry, though he admitted that it would do little in the end, though she would be pleased that he had indeed kept the promise, she would also be sad to see them leave again. The younger Elric followed his brother quietly to the house, waiting patiently as Edward called out to Winry, he hoped she would not be too disappointed in their departure, but there really was no way of avoiding it, even if he would have liked to stay a little longer, he knew that it was necessary for them to get moving as soon as possible. The offer to give Edward’s auto-mail a once over was not surprising, and yet the younger boy saw it as some sort of delay, a delay that he was happy enough with, after all, knowing Winry, it would not take long.....he just hoped that they could return again soon and hopefully spend more time with her.

Zaeri stopped to take a breather, she wasn't sure what she was here for or why she felt compelled to stay. She looked at the buildings around her, mostly homes, she noticed an Automail shop, and decided to walk up and knock, just wondering if they had any automail limbs on display.

Winry began to clean and tighten any loose gears, screws, and bolts. She even shined it up. As she finished she looked to Alphonse. "Do you want me to shine your armor as well?" she asked. She wanted to help them as best as she could. She didn't know when the next time she would be able to see them. The shop has been so busy lately so she didn't think she could go visit them anytime soon.
Pinako opened the door. "Why hello." she said noticing two girls outside.

Ed nodded at Winry's question. He started feeling very sad as she worked on his automail, he didn't want to leave. He would love to stay in Risembool, with Winry, but he knew he couldn't. He needed to fix what he had done wrong to his brother and himself.
Pinako brought him out of these thoughts as she walked into the room. "Hi," he said to her, "Al and I are on our way again." He explained to the elder woman.

The little gilr looked suprised to the women who the voice came from. She was very little and old, she thought...."Hello...." she said after a while.....The girl saw that the women didn't looked only at her... she turned and she saw a girl with black hair....the little girl was wondering why she didn't noticed her before....." yeah...sry my name is Alice Smith" said Alice...."...and who are you two?....."she asked them with her typical bored face and her uninterested voice...( i hope your understand the sentence ^^"....)......

"um...hello" she said kindof nervously to see all of the people around "I was wondering if um...you had any Automail parts on display or anything, I really enjoy watching automail being made and things like that." She then smiled "i wanted to learn but no one taught me, so, now i just admire the work of others."
