Pinako shook her head at Edward, "So soon huh? Be sure to write sometime. We worry about you boys, you know." she said her attention now to Alice. "Ahh I am Pinako Rockbell." she introduced. She watched as Kindof walked closer. "Yes we have all kinds of auto-mail." she said. "Come in" she said to the girls.
"So busy today" Pinako thought to herself.

"Thank you" she said as she timidly walked into the automail shop. She made one thing clear to herself, she wouldn't touch any of the automail, afterall, you break it you buy it and she clearly didn't have any money.

Ed nodded at the elder woman, it was soon, he was leaving a lot sooner than he normally did. He hadn't even managed to stay one night. He hated leaving, but he knew he had to, he had a mission to complete and he couldn't do it in Risembool.

In all honesty, this entire chase had made Tai completely forget he had come to Risembool to get his automail fixed. His arms were considerably lighter now, being made of plastic and not steel, so once he ran past the small home the Rockbell's took up residence at, he almost stopped running and went in to see if his arms were finished. But of course, this wasn't an option. So he followed Hollow instead.
"You imbecile!" the light-haired youth screeched as the greasy, dark-haired man tore the boards to shreds in his desperate attempt to get into the caves. "You have no idea where those lead! And its pitch-black in there! You'll just get lost!" He watched in awe as the man ignored him and hurried in anyway. Sighing, his left eye twitching, Tai took another breathe and dove into the dank darkness of the mountainside.
Inside was, as he had anticipated, black as coal. Plus it reeked of must and mold. There was no telling what kind of insects and creatures lie waiting for the two males. But he couldn't turn back now. Not only was he inclined to bring Hollow back for associating with a terrorist, but now if he got lost in here and never got back out, that was a death that would be recorded as a civilian, criminal or not. And he didn't want all of that on his concience.
"Come out, you crazy b*stard!" the teenager called out, resting an arm on the cool stone wall, trying to get his breath. "Without a light.... you won't be able to make it out. Just give up, come with me, and we'll get out of here in one piece." He remained silent for a moment, and when he heard nothing, he regained the last of his wind and continued at a slower pace. But still the cave was dark as night.
Pressing his right hand against the wall, Tai pressed lightly, and a strak of blue lighting played against the surface, going until it hit a wall, temporarily illuminating a bend. Smirking, Tai followed it, and kept using this method until he came across a fairly large room. It was slow, but his methoid had worked at least.
"All right, I know you're in here Hollow! Show yourself!"
Seeing a speck of light up top, Tai once again place dhis palm on the edge of the stome. Uskng his alchemy, the area filled with a quick flash of light before the top peeled back into itself, a small hole allowing the room to fbe filled with soft moonlight.

Pinako looked around, she couldn't help but frown a lil. So many young children looked like they have been through lots of hardships that are over their heads. She looked to Alice, "Don't worry you won't."
Winry looked to Edward, as she finished up his auto-mail. "There you go good as new!" she said with a smile. Behind the smile was sorrow of watching her friends leave again, but she knew there was no stopping them and the best thing is for her to see them off with a smile. Hearing what Alice said, she wondered if she meant Edward. "Why is so many people trying to find him?" she wondered. He seemed really popular lately. Along with the shop and the town of Risembool.

((My brain died ><)) This was a story that repeated itself often, always when they returned home….or what used to be home, they had to leave again in a short time. It seemed to be something that was just as constant as Resembool itself, it was like a well laid plan, only one that they never actually made, but it was always there, and sometimes Alphonse wished that they could stay longer, if only to avoid sadness on Winry’s part. He knew she worried for them, as did granny Pinako, but it was what they did, they arrived, showing themselves, proving they were both fine, before leaving once more, and the younger Elric knew that this routine would not fade until they found the Philosopher’s stone, and regained what they had lost. “Sorry we have to leave so soon Winry…” he said quietly, his voice resounding somewhat within his metal body.

Winry looked over to Alphonse with a smile. "I understand. I just hope you two can make it back safely." she said. She didn't want to watch them disappear and ever see them again like her parents, when they left for the Ishbal war.

Ed moved around his arm and leg testing them out, "great work, as usual, Winry." He looked to Alphonse, "Well, should we go?" He asked his metal brother.

Winry smiled, "Would you expect anything less?" she wished she could do more for her childhood friends. She hated seeing them leave.

Alphonse nodded to Winry as she spoke, she was worried about them, he understood that. He often wondered just how much worry they put her through, how much worry granny Pinako endured too. There was an amount of guilt that went with that thought, but the pain they put them through, whilst it was not a pain Alphonse or his brother wished them to endure, it was an unavoidable one. The younger Elric turned to his brother as he spoke of leaving, glad for once that his armoured face gave nothing away as to the turmoil he was enduring. “Yeah, I guess we'd better...” he said, his voice quiet.

Ed looked at Winry, "Well, see you the next time I need a repair." He said with a chuckle followed by a grin.
He left the house and started on his way to the train station.

(WHOO-HOO! My computers fixed! So as promised I'm going to make the best post as possible! XP)
Winry sighed to herself. So much has been going on in this small town. Though, whenever the Elric brothers are around, there is but little peace. She looked to the two girls that where now in the residence. "Was there anything you two needed?" she asked. Pinako had already of course answered them, but Winry's mind was to spacey at the moment to even remember.
She looked over to the table with Tai's completed auto-mail and wondered if he was going to come back and get it. She was beginning to wonder if she should go try to look for him. If he wasn't going to be back soon, she was sure going to go try.
Pinako was watching the girls until she decided that she should probably start dinner. "Well you girls make yourselves at home." she said, as she disappeared into the kitchen.

Post by Alleck Davisson [Scar] on Oct 22, 2009 22:13:01 GMT -6
Alleck was headed into Risembool via the dusty path that connected the train station to this secluded rural town. And why was he here one might ask? Well that was a damned good question. Seeing as how he had no orders at the present time, he decided that he would take a trip and look for Edward Elric and his brother and travelling companion, where word had reached him and revealed to be their present location. Of course, he had no way of knowing if they were still here or not. From one state alchemist to another, he was intrigued by one having succeeded at such a young age, and due to his having been posted in the west for some time, he had not had the opportunity to meet the subtly titled 'Fullmetal' as of yet.
Alleck was the picture of military poise. His uniform was pressed, medals polished, and his face and hair were at the peak of cleanly. He looked miffed, which was easy to understand, since his train had been delayed several hours, and rumor had it that he'd be lucky to find his targets with such time having passed. His eyes were on the path ahead. Here and there a townsperson was hard at work on the side of the road who stopped to wave a friendly hello, but they were largely ignored. "Can't be too hard to find these kids, eh?" he asked himself, right hand slipping into his pocket to produce his State pocketwatch, which he clicked open and examined to find the time. "So late..." he murmured before snapping it closed and slipping it back in its pocket.
When he looked up again, two figures approached, coming the opposite direction as he was going. One of whom wore a suit of armor, or so it would seem. He held up a hand of greeting. "Excuse me, gentlemen. If I could have a moment of your time, I'd like to ask if you could direct me to the Elric brothers, or where they may be staying?" he asked genially as a gruff soldier could. "I'm afraid I haven't caught my bearings yet, you see." He had a nagging suspicion that these two could be them. And surely the large one was the Fullmetal alchemist. The other seemed too small to be someone so important.

Ed looked at the military man with some confusion. He never quite understood how people didn't know who he was yet, especially in the military. "Umm, I'm Edward..." He said to Alleck, "So who are you?" He asked. He trusted this man, but he was still wondering why so many people seemed to be looking for him.
At the same time, Haley was also, still, looking for Ed. She was about ready to give up thinking that she was sent on a wild goose chase, or he had already left Risembool. She then walked over a hill and saw the Elric brothers with Alleck. She frowned upon seeing a military uniform. She waited and attempted to eavesdrop on the group, surely one of them was Edward Elric.

Alleck seemed nonplussed when the smaller one spoke up and introduced himself as Edward Elric. The Fullmetal Alchemist. "Excuse me. Did you say that YOU are Edward Elric? The Fullmetal Alchemist? Huh. I figured you to be a littler taller." he said, lifting a hand to rub his chin idly. He then glanced over to the armored figure. "And you must be Alphonse. Pleased to meet the both of you." he said at length. Of course, the initial confusion from the young alchemists had not been lost upon Alleck. "I am Lieutenant Major Davisson, otherwise known as the Deadeye Alchemist. My business for coming here is that I simply wished to meet such a young prodigy, given the inactive status of my orders from central. Pretentious as it is." he explained.

Ed was filled with rage as yet another person called him small, "Who are you calling tiny!" He blurted out with fire in his eyes. After Alleck introduced himself Ed calmed down and cocked his head, "You're a state alchemist too?" He asked. Ed was always eager to meet other state alchemists.
